I placed order with Teeki on 9/21/19 with the promise that it would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. I was charged for items and have not received them.
I placed an order on 9/21/19 with Teeki with the promise of having the items within 2-4 weeks. On 11/14/19 I received an email that said my package was being shipped.
I have emailed multiple times with no response and have called. It seems that the line is disconnected. I do however, still receive emails for discounts and such from Teeki. As of 12/21/19 I have not received my order and I have had no response from teeki. I have moved but know that my orders did not make it to my old address.

I would either like to have the order fulfilled or my money refunded if Teeki cannot fulfill the order.

I ordered products from Teeki on 11/30/19 and similar to other filings here, I haven't received notice of shipment or a response to email inquiries.
My order # is *** and I received an order confirmation email immediately following my purchase on 11/30/19.

I've reached out to [email protected] three times now asking what is going on with my order and haven't received a response.

I've tried calling two different numbers affiliated to the company Both are out of service.

I would like my order fulfilled or my money refunded.

I placed an order Nov 16, 2019, Teeki took my money the following day (credit card)...as of 12/21/19 I have received no correspondence on my order or the order itself...I have sent 3 emails and all the phone numbers I have tried are not working...I would like a refund....Order#XXXXXXXX

I placed an order a month ago for *** and never received my items. I've also reached out to the company and they won't respond.
*** purchased via online 11/29/19. Items purchased was 4 total.
Total purchase amount *** I used part of the purchase from a previous gift card and put the remaining on a MasterCard.
I've used this company for years and even earlier this year with zero issues. I was shocked when I didn't receive my items in a timely manner as they did in the past. Once I reached out via email asking about my order on 12/11/19 and no one ever responded.

Realizing that I will never get the items I desired I simply want a refund. I don't want a gift card or a credit with ***. I just want my money back.

I ordered two items and sent back one for a refund. I have not received the refund and it's been over two months and cannot get ahold of anyone.
I placed an order # XXXXXXXX on Oct 13th 2019 for 2 pairs of of the Deer Medicine Hot Pants. One pair didn't fit so I sent them back with the return information for a full refund. I sent the return via USPS with the tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. These were delivered November 12th. The purchase was done via Paypal for $152.50 for 2 pairs of pants each *** plus shipping and handling charges. I have been waiting for the $72 refund. I have sent messages via the Teeki website and have also sent emails. The last email sent was on Dec. 1st 2019. No one has gotten back to me and the phone numbers listed for them are not in service. I would never recommend purchasing through them and will never again.

On Evolve website they state Teeki is out of business and no longer manufacturing. I ordered mid Dec and received no shipping info. numbers don't work and email is not replied.

UPDATE: 7/16/2019: Super bummed, Teeki has stopped manufacturing and selling the brand. We do have limited quantities found on our Teeki Brand Page

I ordered an xs pants. I've ordered from this company for 5 years. I received a M. I tried to contact the company and all communication was disconnect
I tried to get in contact with Teeki. EmAils didn't go through as the server could not be found and the phone was disconnected.

I ordered a pair of pants from Teeki on Sept 10. They still have not been shipped and Teeki refuses to get back to me.
On Sept 10, 2019, I pre-ordered a pair of pants from Teeki. I was informed that the pants would be sent two weeks later. 3 or 4 weeks later when I still hadn't gotten a shipment confirmation, I started reaching out to Teeki by leaving messages and emailing them and no one returned my messages. Then, a couple weeks after that, when I tried emailing/calling, the number on the website was disconnected and so was the support email address. I was taken to an error page when I tried to use the 'Email us' link.

Then, finally on Nov 14, I was sent an email saying my package had shipped. However, the package never came and never came. Then I tracked the package and the tracking shows that the package is in 'pre-shipment' in Topanga. I keep tracking it and USPS has never shown that it has actually been shipped. It is still sitting in Toganga, CA.

The order number is #XXXXXXXX. It's Green Tie Dye Hot Pants in Medium. Total amount was ***

I'm a longtime customer of this company, although I had not purchased anything from them in a long time. On 11/12/19 I placed an order for some leggings from the website, "coyote moon dusk hot pants- final sale" and paid *** (they were on sale) plus *** for shipping, and my card (visa) was charged *** It is reflected on my credit statement, and I received an email confirmation (attached below). On 11/21/19 I had yet to receive an email stating that my item had shipped, so I reached out to their email address (***) twice, and I have never heard any response. Additionally I attempted to give them a call at the number listed on their website (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and that number has been disconnected. I hadn't realized this but I think that the company may have gone out of business for a time, however their website remained active and they continued taking orders. I am not the only one with this problem, after checking out their social media accounts I realized dozens of others have been making a similar complaint (most claiming they had been waiting much longer than me, like 3-4 months with no communication), however the company has been posting new items on facebook (although not responding to any complaints). It is normal for small businesses to have issues, gaps in production and so forth that would cause delays in shipping or order fulfillment. It is not acceptable, however, to have no communication with customers who have paid for a product in good faith, and then never respond to them when they reach out with concerns, and not send them the items they ordered for months. It makes it feel like a scam. I really need the Revdex.com to step in and help to resolve this for myself and all of the others that are without their items.

I placed an order on 10/2 and was charged for it. The order was never fulfilled. Phone #s are disconnected & emails go unanswered.
I have two *** each *** total) gift cards with this company. I received an email in early October that they had new prints. I used a portion of one of the gift cards to purchase 4 pairs of pants on 10/2/2019. The order status still says "unfulfilled". Their website is still up and you can still order and it will still immediately process your payment for the order - however, all phone #s that I can find for them have been disconnected and they have not responded to any of the emails that I've sent regarding my order and my remaining gift card balances.

I would like to either get what I ordered and receive merchandise equivalent to the gift cards or be refunded for both gift cards if they have no intention of fulfilling any future orders.

I placed an order on 8/9/2019 on Teeki.com but the order has not been shipped, yet.
I made an order on Teeki.com on 8/9/2019, and received an email that the order will be shipped on 8/19/2019. However, the delivery status has been "Pre-Shipment" and has never shipped out. Their customer support has not been functioning and they never responded to my emails and calls. There has not been any way to communicate with them and I cannot even cancel the order to receive a refund. Please help.

Order placed with Teeki has not been fullfilled. *** Canadian charged to my account and no shipping confirmation has been sent and no way to reach.
I placed an order on Teeki's online store Nov 3rd of *** Canadian for one pair of leggings. Having been a customer of Teeki in previous years I was very concerned when I didn't receive shipping confirmation within 3 business days. Since I discovered many complaints of people not receiving orders, not being able to reach Teeki's customer service and possibly the company having gone out of business. I have tried reaching their costumer service number and e-mailing with no response from them at all. I am very concerned that I have lost my money and will be contacting my bank this week. Hoping this helps to get some response.

I placed an order on Oct 8th with TEEKI. The order has not shipped, my account has been charged *** the company will not respond.
My order number is ***. I placed my order on Oct 8th and was told the item would ship in 2-4 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and I have not heard anything from Teeki. My AMEX was charged *** on the day I placed the order. I have contacted their listed numbers and emails for customer service on 4 different occasions, but they are no longer working numbers and email addresses.

I just want to see the product delivered to the address I requested when I ordered it and some kind of correspondence from the company confirming that the order has shipped.

I placed an order back on Sept. 13 for. A pair of bell bottom yoga pants that I absolutely fell in love with and could not go on living one more moment without having them in my wardrobe. After the second week of waiting for my order I decided to lookup the companies shipping policies and sent them an email inquiring about my order an a estimated ship date. Knowing that it still may be a little early in the game to be asking. Not only does my email get bumped back saying I sent it to a bad email address. (I copied and pasted and triple checked the address) When I tried to check the website I was getting the error message saying the webpage no longer existed!! This freaked me out to no end because their items are not exactly cheap and now I don't know if I am getting my money back or my order. So now on week three, I go to paypal and begin the process to file a claim for my order because I had not yet received anything, there was no new shipping information available, and the company was not returning either of my emails. (I ended up sending two.) I let paypal know what was going on since I made my transaction through them (for this very reason). I emailed the company one more time telling them I wanted a refund or a tracking number immediately. Another week later I receive an email letting me know my order had shipped, but there was no tracking number available. Finally, on October 15th my order arrived. Never got a response from the company for any of the emails I sent. And I was sure to leave my paypal claim open until my order was in my hand. I will say the pants are my absolute favorite. They are made horribly, definitely not worth the price paid, and stretch in the waist which causes them to sag and get too lose. But I love them none the less. I highly recommend covering your bases if you order from this store. Use a payment method that can and will back you if they choose to completely flake out. I will never order from them again. And I love almost every single pair of bell bottoms they show on their site. They are not worth the money or the risk.

On line purchase of Yoga Pants: order # *** placed on 10/16/19. My acct was charged *** on 10/17/19. I recvd a confirmation email tht the order was received but I have not recvd any additional follow up since 10/16/19. I have not been notified if the item has been shipped or not. I emailed customer service on 10/31/19 and on 11/4/19. To date, I have not received a response. I called the customer service number to inquire about the item, but the customer service line is disconnected. Perhaps the company is out of business?

I purchased and was charged for a pair of Teeki pants online. I have not received the product and am unable to contact anyone regarding my order.
I purchased a pair of Teeki tights on Teeki.com 10/12/19. My order number is XXXXXXXX. I was charged *** on my Discover card the day I placed the order. I received an email stating my order was accepted and to click on the "order status" button to check on it. It is now 10/31/19. I have not received my order. I have received no updates on my order. I have attempted to contact the company in every way and have not been successful. Below are my attempts to contact them.
I emailed the company at the email provided (***) twice - 10/26/2019 and 10/28/2019. I have received no responses.

I clicked on the "view order status" button provided in my original email several days and it tells me my order is being processed and to check back later.

I have called the number on Teeki website and it is no longer a working number.

I have clicked on the "click to send us a message" button on their website and it states the company is no longer using the domain and I am not forwarded anywhere to send a message.

I have paid *** for something I fear I am never going to receive.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be contacted by the company re: my order and whether I am actually going to receive it. If I am not going to receive the order I would like my Discover card refunded for *** Thank you for your time.

I received my product with an apology in the mail. You can close this case please. Thank you for your time and sorry for any grief caused.

Made a purchase but looks like the company went out of business and I got scammed.
I made a purchase for a hot pants on Oct 2. The reason for this purchase was because On that day, it was newly advertised to me via my email that new prints were launched. Well, I still haven't received it yet. So
On Oct 21st, I went to contact them via their website, and I got an "oops website no longer available message". I went back today and the websites is there, but phone and email out of order. Not sure what is happening or if I got scammed somehow. But I want to let whomever know to BE AWARE of not purchasing anything from them and I want to fight to get my money back.
