I sent a order back an received confirmationthat the items were revived (I paid for tracking) but have not received a refund.
I placed an order but the items were flawed so I sent them back (with tracking) in June but gave not received a refund.

Desired Outcome

My order number is *** and was placed on April 2, 2019. I received the items but unfortunately they were flawed and so I emailed the company and eventually received confirmation to send them back. I paid for tracking so that I could confirm the the return was received, which it was, but despite at least 10 emails to the company, have not received a refund or store credit. I fear this company has gone out of business and I am out *** USD.

I am attaching the email with the original order, the email with the company approving the return and my follow up email inquiry, and proof that the items were delivered back to the company. I have not heard anything from the company and they appear to back in business as I received a mass email from them about new products. Thanks.

I placed an order September23rd, and did not receive it. I tried to contact them by the email and phone number listed under teeki.com. But nothing.
Order number *** was not received. I placed the order on September 23rd. I have not heard from the company or received my order. I tried contacting them but the phone number is wrong and the email bounces back as non existent. I saw on Instagram and Facebook that many other people have had similar issues and never received their order or compensation.

The item was finally received on November 4th, 2019. I tried to cancel the order but there was no way to contact the company. I filed for a refund with my paypal account and they were not able to reach the company either. After so much time had passed and the company not responding, paypal reimbursed me. But then my order from teeki ended up showing up in the mail afterall even after receiving my refund. Now I think I owe teeki money again for the order but I still have no way of contacting them.

I would like to officially close the complaint. The problem has been resolved.

I ordered a product from this company on August 16th and have not received my order. I've emailed them twice and tried to contact them on Facebook.

Another thing to consider, which may be sinister on the companys part is that they contacted me to let me know an out of stock item was back in stock. I signed up to be on a waiting list for an item. Maybe they emailed the waiting list, hoping to get more orders that they never intended to fill. Attached are our emails.

I never recieved an item that I ordered online over a month ago
In early September I ordered the high horses black Vegas top and after nearly two months still haven't recieved it in the mail, I haven't even recieved an email that my item has been shipped. All my attempts to contact the company about this issue have gone unanswered

Placed an order on August 19th, 2019 and have yet to receive my order of 3 pairs of workout pants.

My order was confirmed , my card was charged and the item status is still in received status with no updates since September 4 2019. I have called and the company line is disconnected. I have emailed the company contact 4 times with no response. The order confirmation and the arrive app have no new updates since I was charged. I've also tried to navigate *** to reach out to the owner. I simply want a refund and I'm very disappointed.

I placed an order online on September 10 and my credit card was charged that same day. I have attempted contact 3 different ways...still no yoga pants
On Tuesday, September 10, 2019 I placed an order on *** for two pairs of yoga pants. My credit card was charged *** that same day. That same day at 12:20pm I received an email from them with this subject line: Your teeki *** is confirmed (with two pink emoji hearts). The message said: "Thanks for your order! Hi ***, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We'll send you a second email as soon as your order ships." Then the email...which I have saved... gives the "Order Summary" detailing the two pairs of yoga pants I ordered and the amount owned. *** + shipping *** State tax *** County tax *** = *** USD. Then.... no second email no nothing, nothing, nothing. About a week ago I called their phone number and got the message that this number is no longer connected. Then on their website I sent a message on their "Help" icon. Then I sent a message to their "*** address. I've heard nothing, nothing nothing.
These pants were for my daughter who takes yoga with two friends who had identical pants from Teeki with strong recommendations that she get a matching pair too...their "clouds hot pants" in extra small. And I ordered another pair "mermaid fairy queen teal hot pants" in extra small to save for Christmas.
Just now on September 25 I have attempted to go to their website and got this message "Safari can't find server." Seriously?
Revdex.com, I saw in your "complaint" section about Teeki that you have had some success in resolving some of these issues. If you can, my daughter would love to have those yoga pants because apparently they are really comfortable. Otherwise, I hope you can get my money back. I can submit to you a copy of that email dated 9/10/19 and a copy of my credit card bill showing the transaction date of 9/10/19. Thank you so much for any assistance you can give us.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants totaling over *** no response from customer service, now the website is not active and after some research I see they are out of business? Why take orders and collect money when you are out of business? This is stealing, fraudulent, and illegal.

Teeki seems to be back up and running. Send me my pants please! I don't even care about the refund. I just want my pants!

Company does not respond to emails and has a customer service number that is invalid. No way to communicate w company and no responses to customers.
Placed an order online with them on September 19. Sent them about 6 emails asking questions regarding product, ship date, inquiry regarding the fact that the item has not shipped at all within the companies listed ship time, questions regarding problems I have had with the quality of their product in the past, questions regarding the fact that the customer cr listed on their site is not in order, and have received zero response from the company. They have my money and I have no product, no communication regarding my concerns. Order XXXXXXXX.

I need to speak w someone from The company regarding my order, my concerns, explanation on why they don't respond to emails, explanation on why they show no concern for customer care emails, why their phone number for customer care is not valid, why my order hasn't shipped (the items that are currently available), etc.

Merchandise for order was not received though company has been paid. They have disconnected their phone and are not responding to contact via email.
On 8/2/19 I placed an order with Teeki #XXXXXXXX for 7 different pieces of merchandise, which after discount totaled ***
I utilized a gift card for a portion of the order and my banking account was charged the remainder.
On 8/19/19 I received a shipping confirmation via email, with tracking number, stating everything was sent.
On 8/26/19, having not received anything yet, I checked my tracking number to see a label was created, but the post office was still awaiting the parcel. I attempted to call the customer service number, only to find it had been disconnected.
I then sent an email and also a message via social media (Instagram) requesting status of the parcel, but received no response.
9/3/19 I contacted Teeki's support email and attempted their phone again, but received no response.
9/7/19 I received a portion of my shipment, with 2 items missing. The order sheet was in the package with the 2 missing items circles but there was no information or indication as to where they were, if they are coming in a separate package or if I would be receiving a refund.
I again emailed and messaged via social media (Instagram) asking status of items

Again there was no response to my inquiry, but an automated email was sent confirming delivery of my parcel and listing all 7 items as delivered.
Having checked the internet, I began noting multiple complaints similar to mine, but then if you visit Teeki's website, they are still selling gift cards and have new merchandise available for "pre order."
It is obvious the company is selling merchandise that they do not have, charging the consumer immediately and then failing to deliver on their product.
9/22/19 I sent a final email and social media message to the company, once more asking for a response and a refund for the missing items, and informing them I will be taking the issue to the Revdex.com.

I am requesting a full refund for the amount to my bank account, not a credit or gift card as it is obvious Teeki does not have the merchandise to honor any credits or future gift cards.

Stopped fulfilling orders but are still charging and taking money. Scam!

there are numerous people who have been ordering yog pants from this company. The store still takes your order and money and then does not ship.
Company takes money for orders however does not ship them out. They do not answer phone or replies. I ordered pants in March and still did not receive. According to facebook there are numerous people that have lost large amounts of money.

I received the merchandise, however I never heard from the company.

I purchased online from their website 6/23. Did not receive product. Emailed on 7/11 and again today. Unable to contact company. No product delivered.
I purchased online from their website on 6/23 *** - Unicorn Wrangler pants, paid *** USD from my ***. No delivery of product. Upon trying to contact company by phone, the line does not exist. Emailed on 7/11 to cancel order. Email bounced back. Found there were many complaints against Teeki. Emailed again on 7/31 for complete refund.

They should not accept payment if they are having issues. This is close to a scam and fraud if they are advertising the product, accepting payment and not delivering and are unable to be contacted.

Purchase finally arrived on 8/24/19. 2 months after placing order and purchase.

I placed an order with Teeki 06/13/19 and haven't received my order, all attempts to contact them went unanswered by the company.

I waited 15 days without any shipping notification from the company and checked the status of my order with my account on line and it stated "fulfilled". I checked the tracking number on the order confirmation with the shipping company Globegistics tracking number:

By contacting globegistics directly and they confirmed they did not receive the order from Teeki, at this point I attempted to contact Teeki through their customer support email attached to my order, however it was no longer in service and bounced back. I was able to send my complaint through their email newsletter which went unanswered and tried telephoning the company with no ability to leave a message. I checked their social media site to try and find an alternative method of contact and discovered multiple complaints about the company failing to ship orders.

Teeki advertised to purchase gift cards when they have no stock for months
On 4-25-19 Teeki advertised they had me stock coming and offers discount code to purchase gift cards. That day I purchased *** gift card for *** (***) then waited for stock drop which never happened. They advertised to get money from gift card purchases then never provided merchandise to purchase. Everything on the website is listed as out of stock. I tried calling # on their website 5-17-19, emailed 6-17-19 and commented on the Teeki instagram post advertising gift cards, filled out contact form 7-4-19 and never received responses. This is unacceptable as they have stolen my money and have nothing to offer in exchange.

I would like a refund since they clearly do not have stock to purchase and should not be advertising that they do.

I returned 2 pairs of pants and have not been refunded. They have been received by the company on 4/22/2019, no one will return email or calls
I ordered 2 pairs of pants on 3/28/2019 (#XXXXXX) and 4/2/2019 (#XXXXXX) and returned both by mail. Order XXXXXX was $85.72 and order XXXXXX was $51.74. Both orders were for the new moon hot pants and they did not look like the online photo at all!! I received an email on 4/22/2019 that they were received but no refund has been deposited. I have emailed and called more than 10 times with ZERO response from customer service. Only voicemail was available but no one is checking obviously. They say easy returns online but this is the worst online shopping experience I have had.

Since filing my complaint with Revdex.com, Teeki has refunded my order minus shipping fees. Considering it took over 6 weeks to refund that's pretty cheeky but better than nothing. I will never buy from them again.

I placed an order about a month ago and have not received the order or had confirmation about shipping. I would like a full refund.
I placed an order (order #XXXXXXXX) on April 27th, 2019. I ordered 3 pairs of pants (colors: Meadow ($72), Coyote Moon Dawn ($36), Eagle Feather Green($72)), all in Medium. I paid $180 using a ***. The shipping address that I listed is in ***

I have tried contacting the business multiple times over phone and email, I have only received automated responses that didn't make any sense.

In addition to not receiving this order that I paid for or hearing an accurate confirmation of my order being shipped, there have been two confusing interactions. First, I was sent a confirmation for what must be someone else's order that gave information about my order being shipped to Oregon. I have never lived in OR and this was certainly an error. I inquired as to what had happened and heard nothing back. The second confusing interaction was when I received an email update about part of my order being refunded. The refund listed a credit card ending in *** which is another error. I have never had a credit card ending in those numbers and am positive that I used my ***. I have my bank statement right in front of me listing the charge on that card.

I am requesting a full refund of $180 to my credit card ending in *** I can provide the full number over the phone if need be.

This company does not respond to their customers. I have emailed through multiple social media platforms with no response. I can see statements from others having the same problem.
Their yoga pants are also not the quality they state. They are see through and do not stay up at the waist. Shame !
