Charged for goods, goods never received. No way to get in touch for refund. Unprofessional.
Charged for an order of leggings. Order was never shipped. No way to contact company for order update or refund. Four attempts via e-mail, no reply.

Made an online order and never received.
I purchased a pair of pants on their website on 4/28 and never received the order. I called and it always went to voicemail. I left 5 voicemails asking to cancel the order and get my money back, no one ever called me back. I emailed customer support at least 5 times and no one ever responded. I made a comment on their social media (Instagram) and never heard back. I noticed several other people commenting having the same problem. I would just like to get my money back as it's been 3 weeks and I no longer wish to do business with this company. They are selling a product knowing they have no intentions of delivering a product.

I would like a full refund for the order. Part of the order was purchased with a gift certificate that my husband bought with his credit card. We would like a full refund for our purchase.

Ordered product 3 weeks ago, no shipping email. Called many times and emailed no response. Checked Instagram there are hundreds of others like me.
I placed an order May 7, got charged right away and an email that my order was placed. Have called several times over the last few days, as I need my order ASAP. The pants are $100, so not cheap. I emailed, as well, no response. I checked their social media to see that hundreds of other people are in the same spot but have ordered MONTHS ago from them with so response and no product shipped. They have responded once saying that they just had a baby. They should have hired someone in place or stopped people from being able to order. I feel like at this point it feels like a scam.

I would like a refund ASAP. I ordered these pants for a specific event and now have no time to order anything from another company, I am extremely disappointed in the way they handle business.

I ordered leggings and returned them. They were received by Teeki, but I never got my refund for $130.04. Tried repeatedly to contact with no response
On April 1st, I ordered leggings from Teeki. I received them that week, but they were not right for me. Teeki has a full refund return policy. I requested return information for order# XXXXXXXX and sent them back to Teeki via USPS. The tracking number for this return is: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. I received confirmation that the return was accepted, but never received my refund. I have called the company on three separate occasions and left messages. I have sent two requests via their webpage and sent multiple emails to the company. I have not heard back from anyone and have not received my refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund on $130.04 for the merchandise I returned. I would like this refund to be processed through my credit card.

returned item, company received on 4/22/19. have not received refund, it is now 5/9/19. company not responding to my communication regarding matter.
ordered pants on 4/5/19, received on 4/15/19. pants were not as expected. initiated online return 4/15/19, return label was issued, mailed return of on 4/16/19. got email confirming company received return on 4/22/19. that is the last communication I have received from them. the website states returns are processed within 48 hours...it is now 5/6/19 and still no refund has been issued my attempts at reaching out to company for resolution have gone unanswered. the total price of purchase was $80.50 through paypal. *** and return

I received partial refund of $72.00. They did not refund the 8.50 in shipping, even though their website says free returns.

After returning a purchase for exchange, I have received neither an exchange or a refund. Customer service doesn't respond to requests for service.
On April 1, I purchased a pair of Phoenix Rising hotpants (order #XXXXXXXX). I decided to exchange them, and my return was accepted on April 19 (as per an email I received from Teeki). This is the shipping information for the return I sent to Teeki: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. After I hadn't heard anything from them for over a week, I sent my first message to customer care on Thursday, May 2, and I sent my second message on May 6th. I also left a voicemail on May 6th and May 7th. No one has responded to email requests (on the contact page on their website), and no one has returned my phone calls. Their customer service hours are 10-4, yet no one answers during those hours. I also tried to leave a review on their website in hopes that someone may see it and respond as some businesses do, and although it say my review was accepted, it has not been posted. Their customer service is so poor that they have essentially stolen $50 from me by not sending me an exchange or refunding my purchase.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for my purchase. I am no longer interested in an exchange; I simply want my money back. I will never purchase from this company again.

On May 22, I received a refund from Teeki. They sent me a message saying that they were moving to another warehouse which is why their customer service was so slow. I'm just opining now, but it seems that they should be proactive and tell customers about any potential delays in service beforehand.

Never received online order. Repeated Attempts to contact the business with no answer.
Regarding order #XXXXXXXX Placed on April 16, 2019:
Bank statement shows payment withdrawn on April 16th for the item purchased. Item was never shipped.

Sent 4 subsequent emails April 29 and May 7 asking for some sort of status. Also left voicemails. Customer service number is never answered.

Hello. Thank you for your help! The item was finally sent (without notification) and arrived yesterday at my home.

I was charged for clothing I purchased on 4/17/19. I have not received the items for which I paid and no one at customer service is responding to me.
I purchased three pairs of leggings for a total of $124.88 on 4/17/19, order #XXXXXXXX. My credit card has been charged yet the order remains listed as 'unfulfilled' on Teeki's website. After multiple attempts to customer service (2 voicemails and 2 emails)to which Teeki has not replied, I looked at reviews on social media and many people are experiencing the same problem of unfulfilled orders.

A refund of $124.88 to be applied to my credit card.

Teeki has failed to respond or communicate with me on multiple occasions regarding repair of my pants that they have had since December 14, 2017.
I purchased a pair of Teeki Hot pants on November 6, 2017 *** I contacted Teeki by email and by phone on Nov 27, 2017 stating that there was a minor tear in the crotch of the pants and could I get them repaired. The phone is joke. NO ONE every answers the customer phone and even though I left several messages, I have never received a call back. I did a response by email on Dec 8, 2017 asking that I mail back my Teeki Pants for repair. I mailed my pants to the address requested in the email and have proof that Teeki received them on December 14th, 2017. I never received any communication from Teeki on the status, so I called and emailed Teeki on January 21, 2018 requesting an update and asking that they either return my repaired pants or give me a credit to purchase a new pair. On Feb. 7th, 2018, I got a vague response by email saying they were sorry, but there was no update on the status of my pants. I've called and emailed several times since, including February 9, 2018 asking again for an update. I've received no response to my question for an update or return of my pants. At this point, I would like a refund of the $72 plus tax for my hot pants as I no longer wish to do business with this company.

The company contacted me via phone on February 13, 2018 and have since shipped me a new pair of pants to me. Therefore, I feel confident that this case is closed. However, I'm still unable to get an actual person on the phone when I call customer service. Nevertheless, I am satisfied at this point.

Exchange/return, won't respond to emails or voicemail
I sent back four items, three for exchange and one for return. You gave me credits for only a few items!! That's not what I wanted. I have sent 35 emails and 20 voicemails. Why won't someone call me!? XXX-XXX-XXXX

You also only gave me a partial refund, but that's not what I wanted.

In this return, I will exchange the leopard pants with the triangles in the back with a medium, same long pants.
I will also exchange the sun leggings with the long purple leopard hot pants, size medium.
I will return the sun tank top.
I will exchange the large pink tank top for a medium.

Never received my order. Have repeatedly emailed/called asking for a refund. No response and no one EVER answers their phone.Many people same thing.
I placed an order for yoga clothes on November 23rd. The order was sent to an address in California. I live in Alabama. I have repeatedly called the customer service number, which no one ever answers and emailed asking for help. I have also been asking for a refund. I have gotten no response from teeki to my emails. I've left voice messages and posts on their FB page and nothing. If you read the comments and reviews on their FB page you will see that many people have had the same experience. I spent almost $300 and have gotten nothing. I can't get anyone to respond to me and I would like my money back. I'm at a loss as to what to do now. Seems like they are just taking people's money, not delivering and then not responding to customer service complaints. Please help!
