It hurts me when I read comments of scammed victims
It actually hurts and bring tears to my eyes when I read comments of scammed victims ripped off by BINARY OPTIONS AND FAKE BROKERS. I know actually how it feels and hurts to lose money you have worked half of your life to invest with the thought of getting return when you are retired. I was a victim of such and I was scammed by a binary option platform I lost about $135,000 to them. It was really a hard time for me because that was all I have .. I was referred to Mr Eddie Wilfred who’s an expert in making recovery of lost funds then I gave him a try and he successfully helped me in recovering all that I’ve lost From the platform, I was in shocked because I couldn’t believe this was possible because I lost all hope in contacting anyone on the internet,So I’m taking a step forward to render solution to those affected and help them get back every penny they lost. I recommend Mr Eddie Wilfred to anyone who want to make recovery of his/ her lost funds, he is an experienced Certified Binary Options Recovery Expert with a spare master key, it takes 5 working days to recover my invested capital including my bonus, kindly contact Mr Eddie Wilfred through his email address: eddiewilfred816 @gmail.com and he will guide you on steps to take and claim your money back from your investment broker.

Dear [redacted] ***, We have escalated this issue to our legal counsel, and they are in communication with the seller regarding this matter Unfortunately, at this time I do not have a resolution for you, but someone from our escalation desk will be in communication with you until this closes thank you,

Mr***, My name is [redacted] and I am in charge of Customer Service for Auction.comI have personally looked into the specific details of your inquiry and I am more than happy to discuss them in greater detail if you would like to give me a call at ***-***-***, I am available Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM PST Auction.com is not the seller of this property, or any property advertised, auctioned, or sold on Auction.comAs explained in our Terms & Conditions (http://cdn.mlhdocs.com/documents/globalTermsConditions/TermsandConditions_64809... ,Section 3: Bidding & Buying), and also detailed in the proposed contract (Purchase Agreement, Section 11) pertaining to your specific transaction, the seller reserves the right to accept, deny, or cancel any offer/bid at any stage prior to the close of the transaction In your specific case, although you were notified that your offer had been accepted, the seller never actually accepted your offer nor executed the contract, and we apologize for the miscommunicationAuction.com did attempt to work with the seller on your behalf to reinstate your offer, but the seller remained unwilling to accept your offer at your last and final bid amount Therefore, a notification was sent directly to the Closing Company via email on 3-4-(and both you and your agent were copied on the communication) that stated that your Earnest Money Deposit could be released and that the contract was never signed by the seller, so no need for termination instructions If you would like to discuss any aspect of your transaction with Auction.com in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I met the reserve price and was contacted by The Company that I had won the auction This does not sound like any of the events that you describe The practice it predatory and I have filed a complaint with the California State Attorney General and the Washington State Attorney General I intend to seek an injunction against the subject property being sold until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction and name Ten-X in the action Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] and ***, This file was cancelled per your request, and your EMD has been returned to you Again, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with this purchase, and if there is anything you need in the future please reach out to me directly first to assist with your transactionThank you

Thank you [redacted] , Here is our response after looking into the complaint, please let me know if anything else is needed as wellThank you for your help, I really appreciate it Mr [redacted] - I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with auction.com I did review the last transaction that you had and I understand your frustration, as it is a frustration that we at auction.com are dealing with Our goal is to provide you the best experience possible and to ensure that we are working to provide you a service, as well we are in the business of selling properties Unfortunately the seller of all the assets will get information in late in the process, which then gets relayed to us If we get that information, as it sounds we have in your case, we try to refund your funds on site so that they don’t get tied up with the bank Sometimes the banks will take some time to reissue checks and have them mailed out to you The seller of these asset has every intention of selling that asset and both they and Auction.com want to make sure that we sell it to you, and that the transaction will go through without any problemsThe sellers returning funds is not a usual practice, but last month we did see a large influx with weather situations in [redacted] and a lot of banks pulled back to validate the homes condition We hope that this doesn’t preset this month and indications are that it will not I hope that we can work together and find and sell properties to you at our auctions If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to give me a call I will be at the Houston auction this month as well if you would like to talk in personThank you, Customer Service TeamAuction.com [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] , My name is [redacted] and I am in charge of Customer Service for Auction.comI have personally looked into the specific details of your inquiry and am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience while trying to purchase a property on our website /> Unfortunately, there were complications surrounding the property you were interested in buyingThe title company discovered a Junior Mortgage after the property was posted by the seller on Auction.comWhile unusual, this happens sometimes on foreclosure properties, and needs to be resolved before a new buyer can obtain a clear title on the property As you may know, Auction.com is not actually the seller of this property, or any property advertised, auctioned, or sold on Auction.com(This is explained in our Terms & Conditions here: http://cdn.mlhdocs.com/documents/globalTermsConditions/TermsandConditions_648098... Section 3: Bidding & Buying)We attempted to work with the seller and Foreclosure Attorney on your behalf to help you purchase the property, but due to the complications mentioned above, the seller elected to cancel the transactionYour $2,deposit has been refunded and was wired to your trust account on June 23, (the cancellation and wire service documents are both attached) I am more than happy to discuss this in greater detail if you would like to give me a call at [redacted] I am available Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM PST Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We are sorry to hear that this buyer had a negative experience with our platformOur records indicate that the Buyer did not view the property prior to the auctionPer our terms and conditions, bidders are advised to complete their due diligence prior to biddingAuction.com reached out to the managing agent, who confirmed the condition of the property was still under the same condition and all damages were listed on the BPOAdditionally, our terms and conditions state that the property was sold “as is.” According to our records, the seller will not give a price reduction based on property condition, which was disclosed in the diligence materials, and referenced the Buyer back to the contract outlining the terms and conditions and that the property is sold “as is.” Our records indicate the buyer was given the option to cancel the sale, with seller retaining the earnest money deposit per the terms and conditions of the sale

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Your garbage 3rd party closing attorney does not work on same schedule as I was told via email yesterday from you at [redacted] My own closing agent is being held up by your lazy agentContact me at [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe auctioned item should have never gone up for action without the correct and needed paperwork to follow through with the needed process in a timely mannerTo conduct business in this fashion is not only negligent and fraud but bad business for all parties involved Just because auction.com finally decided to respond does not clear them of wrongful practices Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] , I have escalated this issue to the closing department, and they have assured me that a supervisor will reach out to you to go over your file in detail regarding the time lines to closeWe will assist in every way possible to help you move into this house as soon as we canThank you again for your business, and we appreciate your patience [redacted] Customer Service Ops Manager

Mr [redacted] *Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] and Mr [redacted] regarding Auction.com (the “Company”) The Company serves as an online auctioneer of residential REO properties REO is a term used to classify real estate property owned by a financial institution but which is not directly related to its business and is the result of a foreclosure sale The Company serves as an online platform for these institutional sellers to market and sell their REO assets The bank or lender, or their local listing agent, provides all property-related information for the transaction All auctions for the REO program are online auctions in which bidders place bids online Due to the fact that each asset on the platform is unique and at different stages of the foreclosure lifecycle, it is strongly recommended that all bidders conduct their due diligence to ensure they are fully informed on the type of asset they are bidding onAs stated in the Auction Participation Terms located at: https://www.ten-x.com/company/legal/participation-terms/, The Company may remove any property from an event or reject any or all offers The reason for the removal could be several reasons, such as but not limited to: the seller removed the property from the auction, legal action was taken to cancel the foreclosure, or the defaulting owner redeemed their property prior to the expiration of the redemption period It is at the discretion of the seller, not the Company, to remove or sell a particular asset

Hi ***, 0pt;">My name is [redacted] and I manage the Customer Success Department at Auction.com We’re very sorry you’ve had an unsatisfactory experience, and would like to respond to the points you’ve made in your note We follow a standard practice of high value auctions of bidding on behalf of sellers to bring bids closer to the seller’s “reserve” – the point at which the seller will likely accept the offerAnd to make it clear to potential bidders, we do note on the applicable property pages (in the “Transaction Details” area) that we may “ bid on behalf of the seller.” We also have a further explanation of the process in our help content, here Sometimes, depending on how motivated the seller is, after the auction has closed and the property has not been won, the seller will accept offers that are below their reserveIn an effort to create a win-win for both the buyer and the seller, we will approach the highest bidder to gauge their interest in submitting an offer Once you completed the contractual paperwork (your offer), it still had to be submitted to the seller for their acceptance, and although they may have provided us with an initial indication of a potential acceptance, it still must go through a formal “sold subject to” process, and may not be acceptedWe very specifically cover this risk when we help bidders through the contact and closing process, and apologize if there was a misunderstanding Lastly, we take a lot of pride in helping customers navigate the real estate auction, contracting and closing process, and although your bid didn’t result in a successful experience, we hope this note has addressed your concerns If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to me directI can be reached at ###-###-#### We appreciate your feedback

We understand your concerns and are always incorporating customer feedback to improve our processesWe endeavor to be the ideal marketplace to connect buyers and sellers of real estate and will continue to work to make sure we can meet this standard

Ms***, My name is [redacted] and I am in charge of Customer Service for Auction.comI can personally assure you that the intent of all auctions conducted by Auction.com is to provide an auction format to facilitate the sale of the properties listed on Auction.comI am happy to speak to your concern directly As in the traditional auction format and other popular online auction formats, all properties on the Auction.com platform have a reserve, or minimum price, for which the property will sellThe reserve is set by the Seller as disclosed in the Terms & Conditions (HTTP://CDN.MLHDOCS.COM/DOCUMENTS/GLOBALTERMSCONDITIONS/TERMSANDCONDITIONS_64809... ,Section 3: Bidding & Buying) During the auction, Auction.com does indicate if the reserve on a property has been metThis information is displayed in all locations where a bid can be placed using the verbiage “Reserve Met” or “Reserve Not Met.” In your specific example, you were the high bidder on the property with $100, but your bid of $was below the property’s set reserve As such, at the auction’s end there was no winning bidder (as a winning bid must exceed the reserve) No confirmation email was sent to you because the auction had not achieved a winning bid If you would like to discuss any aspect of your experience with Auction.com in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact me at 949-672-I am available Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM PST Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] It was a pleasure speaking with you over the phone I'm very sorry to hear that this experience has resulted in your decision to cancel, but I understand the reasons behind this As a company we will work to improve our communication to our customers to provide a better buying experience As discussed over the phone, we will issue your cancellation after receiving your written request, and the escrow deposit of $will be returned to you Thank you for your business with Auction.com

Hello [redacted] The file is being cancelled, and the seller will release your $2,EMD back to you Please make sure to follow your cancellation instructions for the seller to execute the cancellation Thank you,

Mr [redacted] ,I have escalated this issue to the closing department, and they have assured me that a supervisor will reach out to you to go over your file in detail regarding the time lines to closeWe will assist in every way possible to help you move into this house as soon as we can.Thank you again for your business, and we appreciate your patience [redacted] Customer Service Ops Manager
