Mr***,
I can see how that can be frustrating to you as a potential buyer The assets that are listed on our platform are brought to use by financial institutions in various stages of the distressed life cycle, and we do not control the pricing for any of these
houses We do provide data on what the market is willing to offer on their assets, but those are only suggestions for them to consider in order to sell these assets. Please feel free to register for this asset and bid the amount that you were willing to offer previously during the auction The seller will have a reserve, but most will also review bids below that number and consider them for a purchaseThank you for your interest in Auction.com

*** ** ***, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Buying distressed investment houses is a tough market, even on the good days. The properties that are sold on ***.com are all distressed. This is not a retail platform. You'll find homes that are recently
foreclosed and still my have the previous home owner still occupying them, or they might have been abandoned awhile ago and have squatters destroying the property. Regardless of the situation, these properties are sold as-is, and the majority sight unseen. Please conduct all of your due diligence prior to bidding, and if you have any property feedback we are always interested in hearing that. We relay that information to the seller, and in most cases they already know, but in some cases this information does help in price realization. We want to thank you for using ***.com for your real estate investment strategy

Hello
I would like to inform you that auction.com has refunded the full amount back to my account on May 20, Here is the message I received from their representative:
The hold against your credit card has been removed. Please find the following void receipt. This could take a couple of days to reflect on your statement, the time frame is determined by your bank. You should be able to provide the following receipt to your bank to lift their internal hold. Thank you again

Never again! This was simply not a good experienceBoth auction.com and their selected closing companies need to be professionally trained on customer service and communicationAgainst my better judgment I ignored all the negative reviews and not one positive one could be foundNow I experienced the same result as everyone elseIt started as a similar transaction that I conducted via Hudson and Marshall auction process only a couple months priorHowever once I won the bid that's when I began to realize this was going to be a totally different experienceFirst I was demanded to get the documents back within hours which I did even though I was traveling on vacation
Next, I began to receive the same email from multiple representative which immediately let me know there was no continuity at allThe worse was certainly the closing company which as another person stated was in another state and had no clue what the regulations were for my stateEven after wiring the funds I received no instructionsI called and sat on hold for an hour with the periodic "all customer service representatives were currently assisting others and to please hold." Only to find out via the chat that there was no one thereThey can't even record a message to say they are closedStill after all that and wiring the funds the closing office tell me the only way to gain access is to go and change the locksI have nothing stating that I am the legal owner and I'm expected to just go and change the locksThat sounds like breaking and entering chargeI'm sure the residents would call the policeI have never had to deal with anything like this and now I see why there is so many negative commentsI can only speak for me and this is the first and last time that I will use auction.com

Hello ***, We are in direct communication with the seller to see if they will be allowed to continue with the purchase It will depend on the extent of the fire damage If the fire damage is not major, and still qualifies under HUD, then they will continue with the purchase
However, if the fire damage is major, HUD will not allow the seller to continue with the sell As soon as I hear back from the seller, I will let you know. Thank you for your patience while we work diligently to make this sell happen for you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This transaction was canceled due to long unexplained delays on Auction.Com's partThey demanded an immediate wire transfer of funds and that cost me $I also have a loss of interest my $4,would have earned (approx $at bank rates) and it is unacceptable that Auction.Com doesn't feel fair to cover my losses due to their negligence and lack of diligence. I feel that to really make things right, as if it never happened, they should repay my losses, estimated to be a fair $We are not looking to profit, just looking to regain our lossesMind you, there are other losses as well, but they are too complex to really proveFinancial loss is easy, as it is common sense and only fair to recover

Hello ***,I want to thank you for taking the time to present us with the opportunity to do a better job making our platform more transparent for new buyers. Making the decision to get into the industry of purchasing distressed real estate (Bank owned or Foreclosures) can be very
stressful. There's a lot of information that is going to be unknown (interior condition most often), and the rest is based on the data provided by the seller. We have tens of thousands of these types of properties on our website for sale at any given time, and we have multiple processes in place to catch discrepancies of information. However, there are instances when the information published is out-of-date or incorrect. We do stress the importance of all of our potential buyers to double check prior to placing any bids as part of the due diligence process for buying any real estate venture. I would still like to extend a credit to you on your next closing file should you choose to purchase this same property or any other property you might find on our platform. Thank you again for your feedback

Hello ***,I have reviewed your complaint, and have escalated it to our escalation department They have contacted the *** *** to return your EMD I will provide you with the tracking number to follow the status of your EMD. Tracking # *** *** ***We are also reviewing
the secondary position you mentioned in your complaint surrounding your expenses At this time, I don't have a definitive answer, but we are reviewing all the details of this transaction and someone from the escalation team should be reaching out to you for that resolution.Thank you for choosing Auction.com as a real estate investment platform.*** *** *** *** ***

Hello ***
The file is being cancelled, and the seller will release your $2,EMD back to you Please make sure to follow your cancellation instructions for the seller to execute the cancellation.
Thank you,

Hello Mr*** ***,First of all, we
apologize for any confusion, and I would like to stress how helping you have
the best possible experience in finding and purchasing homes with Auction.com
is our priority
The property you are
referring to is currently posted on our website, but is in fact a property
being sold through our foreclosure “Trustee” live auction processThe property has not been sold, but the actual
auctioning of the property has been postponed several timesPlease also keep
in mind that Auction.com does not control when properties are auctioned, and
delays or cancellations are a result of the decisions made by the local
authority responsible for the sale of the propertiesFor further details on
this foreclosed property, please contact the attorney firm (Clear Recon Corpat ***)Again, we apologize for any confusionIn addition, I would like to share a link that will direct you to our *** *** *** which describes in more detail how the Trustee/Foreclosure process works in California
Lastly, we are proud to
let you know that we do not out-source any of our customer service activities,
and all Auction.com staff are located in the United States.
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Mr***, First, I want to extend my apology on behalf of Auction.com concerning your mentioned frustration I understand that you have been in contact with our escalation desk, and that a resolution has been agreed upon I'm happy to hear that your concern has been addressed,
and we were able to resolve this matter We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to having you as a valued customer

***,
The seller removed the asset from out platform Even though we highly encourage them not to do this after the auction has already started, they do so if there is something that will impact the sell of the property I have sent you a copy of the void receipt
returning your $2,bid deposit Your credit card bank may take a few business to process the release on their end, but the receipt i'm sending you will help expedite that release.I apologize for the frustration you have experienced when an asset is removed during the auction, and I will escalate that issue for you as wellI have also granted your account a day waiver of future bid deposits, so that you may find other assets on our platform you are interested in without the need to place a $2,holdLet me know if there is anything else I can assist you withThank you for choosing Auction.com

Mr***,The utilities will be paid by the seller for this asset We have an assigned closer that will work with the seller and the closing company to ensure this property closes in a timely manner We appreciate your business.Thank you
