I received a call from Auction.com that I was the winning bidder on a propertyThey demanded a $wire transfer from my bank plus a page contract signed and returned within hours! No time for attorney reviewDid as they askedWas given a contact for a 'contract specialist' who I made several calls and emails to, only responding days later with a canned responseweeks passed with no communication from themSo I called, emailed, finally they said 'oh your offer was rejected' then where is my $2500? Another weeks to get my money back! Don't let Auction.com waste your time or take your money!...stay away!

They use a closing co that is out of state This company over charges and lies to your face Further they use shilling techniques to drive up bid Even if you win bid they will not always honor the contract Further the contract they use is a one way contract

They lieThey are just as guilty selling item at wrong appraisal price since they have Copy of new appraisalThey bid against to jack up bidsThey are a scam

Closing department agents were rude and provided no service other than telling me to check my email and my junk email for updatesOver a month after auction close(February) and I received a signed contract(on March) from the seller with a March date....only after elevating complaint to the closing department supervisors $in escrow for over a month and I still have no closing date

I may have gotten a call assuring me that my concerns were been addressed, but I believe this is the proper place to submit your proposed resolutionsBy assuring me and whomever else reading this posting that whatever was told to me resolved the situation is silly at bestThere needs to be an admission of wrong doing and the steps that are being implementing to resolve it--as was supposedly the case in the phone call placed to meThank you for putting this in the proper medium so actions may actually be taken and not just dismissively spoken

The properety is IN ESCROW and listed with a REAL ESTATE AGENT last time I checked
