We have been in contact with the homeowner, work is scheduled to be completed on 9/15/

In regards to complaint ID # [redacted] , Standard Pacific Homes’ response is as follows: We have sent numerous professionals out to review the customer’s driveway and have not found the driveway cement or its application to be defective The customer has observed signs of “dusting,” a common phenomenon associated with newly poured driveways “Dusting” abates over time and is not a warrantable itemStandard Pacific Homes considers this matter resolved

The customer executed a financing agreement in which he chose to not lock his interest rate for his purchase from CalAtlantic Homes This agreement provided that “it is necessary for the [customer] to loat least days prior to settlement, so that CalAtlantic Mortgage Incand/or your settlement agent has time to prepare documents for settlement” and that it was his responsibility "to contact the lender to obtain current interest rate and discount point information.” The customer was given numerous opportunities to lock his interest rate and chose to not do so The customer has decided to not move forward with his contractual obligation because he is not happy with current interest rates This is a breach of his obligations under his agreement with CalAtlantic CalAtlantic fulfilled all of its obligations in building a home for the customer and intends to enforce the contract and keep the customer's earnest money deposit as damages resulting from the customer's breach of contract CalAtlantic considers this matter closed

In regards to complaint ID # [redacted] , CalAtlantic Homes’ response is as follows: Our Customer Care Representative, [redacted] has been in contact with Mr [redacted] and they met on 1/20/to review all outstanding itemsThe sod issues were resolved and repairs for all other concerns are in the process of being scheduled CalAtlantic Homes considers this matter resolved

Ms [redacted] ’s irrigation was completed last Thursday, June 9th Our Customer Care Representative spoke with Ms [redacted] about other ossible solutions regarding the drainage and a/c padTo date, CalAtlantic remains in conversation with Ms [redacted] to come up with a drainage plan acceptable for both parties

This is an open warranty request that we are actively working to completeOn February 3, our warranty representative met with our masonry contractor and they scheduled the work on the wall to be completedTo resolve this matter, we need to rebuild a pilaster because it sunkOur Warranty Representative advised the homeowner of this on February We have every intention of resolving this matter by rebuilding the masonry wall

With regard to complaint ID # [redacted] , Standard Pacific’s response is as follows. Since Ms. [redacted] filed her complaint, several things have happened. First, she closed escrow on her home. Second, Standard Pacific made certain repairs noted and requested by Ms. ***. With... respect to the granite countertop, seams can be present in granite countertops. This was disclosed to Ms. [redacted] in her contractual disclosure documents. Standard Pacific considers this matter to be closed.

[redacted] Homes has responded to all claims and warranty requests by Mrand Mrs [redacted] All work has been completed and we have no outstanding warranty requests For outside work like the roof repairs, it is not necessary for the homeowner to be present for the work to be completed As discussed, can you please post this to this complaint since I do not have access? In reference to Mr [redacted] complaint, CalAtlantic has made attempts on separate accounts to contact Mr [redacted] and assist with the warranty concerns, the latest being June 23, To date, we have not heard from Mr***, but will contact again to pursue closure or complete the warranty items

With regard to complaint ID # [redacted] , Standard Pacific’s response is as follows[redacted] and [redacted] of Standard Pacific have been in contact with Mr [redacted] Standard Pacific is moving forward with making certain repairs to Mr [redacted] 's home This matter has been resolved

Our initial position remains the same and we consider this matter resolved

With regard to complain ID # [redacted] , [redacted] Pacific’s response is as follows.Ms [redacted] contacted [redacted] Pacific directly via text message She did not submit through [redacted] Pacific’s website or [email protected] email.When asked about the Revdex.com claim, Ms [redacted] said that she wanted to make sure that the outstanding issues were resolved because she hadn’t heard from [redacted] Electric.She had items of concern: A third party garage door installer had told her the sensor wire to the opener was damagedThe wire was deemed in good shape per [redacted] Electric who installed the wire originally for S [redacted] She had cosmetic issues (paint and caulk) Leaking p-trap under kitchen sinkThis item was corrected in JanuaryCurrently, Ms [redacted] has a Service Request submitted through [redacted] Pacific and all items are scheduled to be completed by April 24th.When asked about the Revdex.com complaint, Ms [redacted] said that she is completely satisfied with how things ended up and the progress of her current service request (a 3rd party inspection report)

Our Customer Care team spoke with the customer and scheduled an appointment for next Thursday with an engineer to review the situation

Due to the fact that this home is two years beyond the original 10-year structural warranty, we will be unable to assist Mr [redacted] with this matter
