I had a bathroom remodeled that absolutely turned out beautifulThe men were polite and worked very hardI also had my fence replaced that also turned out gorgeous!

Merry Christmas to The S [redacted] ! We contracted to have our bathroom remodeled back in mid November in hopes that it would be ready for family at Christmas! Darnell and Texas Concepts came through and not only delivered on time, but they delivered a homerun!

IT WAS PLEASURE TO WORK WITH TEXAS CONCEPTI WAS TOLD UPFRONT ABOUT MY FINANCE OPTIONS AND AFTER I SINGED MY FINANCE PAPERWORK THE PRODUCTION MANAGER CAME OUT AND DID A WALK THROUGHMY FLOORS WERE DONE IN A DAYI WAS VERY PLEASEDTHEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOBMEANWHILE MY ROOF WAS DONE AT THE SAME TIME AND SOFFIT AND FASCIA PAINTEDTHAT WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION AS WELL P.STHE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SHOWED ME AND MY WIFE ALL THE SAMPLES OF THE FLOORING AND SHINGLES SO I DON'T HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANYTHINGWILL KEEP YOU IN MIND FOR ANOTHER PROJECT

This company was the first ive used that shot straight with meEveryone from the folks who set my appointment to the gentleman who visited were true professionals that id recommend to my own family They got my deck and hardwood flooring done in good time andthe price was just right Good guysId use them again Donald JM [redacted]

This company continues to solicit with phone calls 1-times a weekAfter we have on multiple occasions to no longer call!

Very good quality of work I had my stairs Hall and living room floors done with wood it wasnt the cheapest quote I had received but I felt they were much more professional and would do a better job and they did I'm glad I went with them I'll b calling y'all back in the future for my patio work

I would recommend Texas Concepts they install windows where there wasn't existing windows with brick on the outsideThey did a great jobwe are very happy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Talked with [redacted] twice last week The last time he stated he would start working on my project today Mon Jan 2016.Nothing has changed except a sole worker took down some taped up plastic that took him 1/hour to do..This mans word is worth little.At this point I believe compensation should be a total of at least @1,dollars and increase by a $1,each Friday if work not finished by 5PMI have not found any resolution to my problem[redacted]

Ive done my flooring with texas conceptThey did excellent jobA week ago I called them back to redo my bathI was impressed! They built my walk in shower in days! Very professional and fast!
