I had a bathroom remodeled that absolutely turned out beautiful. The men were polite and worked very hard. I also had my fence replaced that also turned out gorgeous!

This guy deserves a five star rating is would recommend

I am rejecting this response because:
Talked with [redacted] twice last week.  The last time he stated he would start working on my project today Mon 18 Jan 2016.
Nothing has changed except a sole worker took down some taped up plastic that took him 1/2 hour to do..
This mans word is worth little.
At this point I believe compensation should be a total of at least @1,000 dollars and increase by a $1,000 each Friday if work not finished by 5PM. 
I have not found any resolution to my problem.

WE RESPONDED TO MRS. [redacted] 3 TIMES. I DONT HAVE RECORD OF OUR RESPONSES TO THE CUSTOMER. I HOPE ITS GOING TO BE IN THE RIGHT ORDER. OTHERWISE THIS COMPLAINT SHOULD BE REMOVED.  THE CUSTOMER IS UNFAIR. WE DID EVERYTHING FOR HER...REPLACED HER TILE 3 TIMES. BUT SHE KEEPS WALKING ON THE TILE. IT SHOULDN'T BE OUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CUSTOMER WALKS ON FRESHLY LAID TILE AND TRIES TO HARM THE BUSINESS. OR WE SHOULDN'T HAVE COMPLAINT WHEN ITS CUSTOMERS FAULT. ON Revdex.com SHOWS ONLY ONE RESPOND. I BELIEVE THAT WAS OUR FIRST RESPONSE. THE SECOND RESPOND WE ATTACHED THE PICTURE OF THE CHECK:''WE CAME TO YOUR HOUSE 3 TIMES TO FIX IT. WE JACKHAMMERED THE TILE AND LAID NEW ONE OVER AGAIN. BUT MY CREW TOLD ME THAT YOU KEEP WALKING ON THE TILE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM EVEN THOUGH YOU WAS TOLD NOT TO. THE SAME CREW DID A LOT OF TILE JOBS AND I NEVER GOT ANY COMPLAINTS.I MAILED YOU MONEY AS WE AGREED...I'M ATTACHING THE PICTURE OF THE CHECK. IT'S NOT IN OUR FAVOR TO KEEP BYING TILE AND DO MORE LABOR TO MAKE YOU UNHAPPY. WE'VE SPENT GOOD EFFORT TRYING TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. I'M SORRY YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HEALTH ISSUES. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY. BUT WE CAN'T KEEP REDOING YOUR FLOOR AND SEE THE SAME RESULT AND IT'S NOT OUR FAULT.

Very good quality of work I had my stairs Hall and living room floors done with wood it wasnt the cheapest quote I had received but I felt they were much more professional and would do a better job and they did I'm glad I went with them I'll b calling y'all back in the future for my patio work

I wished to change my acceptance of the resolution by Texas Concept.  They had promised to be at our  home by Sept. 12, 2015.  It is September 15, 2015 and they have not shown up as promised to resolve the problems they have created.  I would like the case to be reopened since they have failed to follow up with their plan to resolve the issues.

Merry Christmas to The S[redacted]! We contracted to have our bathroom remodeled back in mid November in hopes that it would be ready for family at Christmas! Darnell and Texas Concepts came through and not only delivered on time, but they delivered a homerun!

Texas Concepts was a great experience. Easy to deal with, gave great advice on a remodel of flooring. I'm simply in love with my house again. I would definitely use them again. Roy, the owner really cares about his customers and Andre our contractor was great! They kept our home clean and in great condition throughout the whole process.

I would recommend Texas Concepts they install windows where there wasn't existing windows with brick on the outside. They did a great job. we are very happy.

The issue was resolved with mr. Heath.

This company continues to solicit with phone calls 1-2 times a week. After we have on multiple occasions to no longer call!
