miscommunication between what he’d asked his area manager to relay to me concerning scheduling and price increase.  The owner will honor the original price, and I have no problem waiting until after the holidays to get the work accomplished.  I can be reached at ([redacted]) [redacted] or my email to answer any questions you may have concerning the withdrawal of the complaint.

IT WAS PLEASURE TO WORK WITH TEXAS CONCEPT. I WAS TOLD UPFRONT ABOUT MY FINANCE OPTIONS AND AFTER I SINGED MY FINANCE PAPERWORK THE PRODUCTION MANAGER CAME OUT AND DID A WALK THROUGH. MY FLOORS WERE DONE IN A DAY. I WAS VERY PLEASED. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. MEANWHILE MY ROOF WAS DONE AT THE SAME TIME AND SOFFIT AND FASCIA PAINTED. THAT WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION AS WELL.
P.S. THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SHOWED ME AND MY WIFE ALL THE SAMPLES OF THE FLOORING AND SHINGLES SO I DON'T HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANYTHING. WILL KEEP YOU IN MIND FOR ANOTHER PROJECT.

The issue you are experiencing might be caused by your house shifting which we are not liable for. Thats the reason why my guy told you that it will keep happening. You should look into foundation issues with your house. We don't do shabby work if it was so it would start separating sooner than 8...

months. The best I can do is refund you $400.00 you paid to my guy. Other amount is not accounted for. Plus you declined for us to repair it. You words were you will get someone else to do it. Even though you warranty is expired we've been doing everything we can to work with you. I will mail you out the check for that amount today as long as this issue is agreed to be resolved. Thats all I can do.

I hire this company to make siding repairs and Windows replacements, and they do excellent job, the crew are really professional people also they used great quality material in my project.

I am rejecting this response because: firstly, you did not lay the tile three times. You replaced the tiles that were not installed properly, which is your responsibility.  Second, we did not and I repeat not walk on the tile that was freshly laid. We walked on the tile your crew said was ok to walk on. No way do I mean harm to your business, but you should accept responsibilitywhen  warranted.  Most of this could have been avoided had you made the effort to come and see yourself as to the issues.  You did find it necessary to come by and did not once respond to any of my emails.the problem started on day one when my husband asked [redacted] if he would remove the old grout from the floor after chipping put the tiles, and [redacted] stated no, they could do this properly without that extra effort.  This should have been done and I should have at that time refused the job and canceled it.  I believed [redacted] and unfortunately that is the reason some of the tiles are not seated properly.  Not anyone walking on it.I sent you a letter and advised you how this issue can be resolved.  I also want to note, that I treated your crew well, furnished lunch for them, made sure there was always cold bottled water available as well as giving [redacted] a tip after the first week.I want this matter resolved as much as you do but I til we come to some agreement, I cannot remove the complaint.

We had a horrible experience with Texas Concept. Bids were solicited from 3 companies to paint the interior of our house and remove the popcorn from the ceilings. We chose Texas Concept because their representative assured us that all painters were employed by the company. After the contract was signed, we found out that Texas Concept had mislead us when they subcontracted with a painter named Alan Kay. Alan began work but would show up late each day. It took him a week to finish two rooms with many flaws in the work. After 3 weeks we attempted to structure Alan by drafting a Memorandum of Understanding to speed up the work and to insure better quality of work. When we presented this to him,he quite. Attempts to contact the owner of Texas Concept ( Roy ) resulted in no return of calls and no response to other efforts to resolve the issue . We were forced to seek a new contract with another company that finished the entire house in four days to include corrections of the work that Alan Kay had started.

The guys who did the deck and my floors were great clean up after themselves

I had my carpet replaced with laminate wood on entire downstairs of my home. The workers were professional & curteous. They did an awesome job. They even moved my furniture & put it back in place when the work was done.

HI, MRS. [redacted]!       OUR MAIN OFFICE WASN'T AWARE OF THE SITUATION YOU HAVE. YOU NEVER CONTACTED THE MAIN OFFICE TO LET US KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE. ON THE CONTRACT IT SAYS: ''TOTAL ROOF REPLACEMENT: 15 SQ. 3 TAB, TEAR-OFF, NEW FELT, NEW SHINGLES, PIPE JACKS,DRIP EDGE. INSTALL 4...

TURTLE VENTS. REPLACE AND PAINT ROTTED FASCIA, 1 BY 2 STRIPS AND INSTALL 8' OF SOFFIT WHERE SOFFIT IS MISSING. FLAT ROOF:4 SQ INSTALL FLAT ROOF UNDERLAYMENT AND MATCHING SHINGLES. AND THAT'S WHAT MY REPRESENTATIVE AND YOU AGREED ON AS FAR AS ROOF. YOUR ROOF IS DONE THE WAY IT SAYS ON THE CONTRACT. BY THE WAY OUR PROJECT MANAGER HAD ASKED IF YOU WANTED TURTLE VENTS INSTALLED AND AS HE TOLD US THAT YOU DIDN'T WANT THEM. ALSO WE TALKED TO TYI WHO DID YOUR CEILING AND PAINT AND HE NEVER CHARGED YOU ANY MONEY FOR THAT BECAUSE THAT IS ALSO ON THE CONTRACT. WE DID EVERYTHING ON THE CONTRACT FROM CARPORT TO SLAB ROOF AND INTERIOR CEILING REPAIR. THAT'S WHY IT'S SOMETHING NEW TO US THAT YOU'R UNHAPPY!

Repair/correct poor concrete stamping, staining & sealing3. Repair patio cover roof leaks (only issue that response addressed)4. Thank you for your mediation offer.  I advised  Texas concepts Mr. [redacted] of this and he decided to settle the issue, since he did not want this to go into mediation.   Mr. [redacted] has agreed to reimburse us in the amount of $500.00 for all of the additional expenses we incurred due to this tile installation.   As a condition of this payment, I have agreed to withdraw my complaint against Texas Concepts LLC.
