I AM SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION WE HAVE A ORIGINAL CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR $WITH A DOWN PAYMENT AGREEMENT OF $3,AND A BALANCE OF $ON COMPLETEGIVEN TO US BY GARRETT TUMLINSON AND SIGNEDWITH CREDIT CARD INFO AUTHORIZED AS WE STARTED YOUR PROJECT .I WAS TOLD THAT YOU
WANTED TO CANCEL PARTS OF THE CONTRACTBY DECLINING PARTS OF THE AGREED CONTRACT . THEREFORE I HAVE WAIVED THE FINAL BALANCE OF $AS FAR AS THE EXTRA WORK THAT YOU PAID TO SUB I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT IS YOUR AGREEMENT YOU MADE OUTSIDE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS CONCEPT

WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE OUT THERE TO RE-CAULK & CLEAN THINGS UP .THIS WEEK

Ms***,In your response to my dispute, you claimed I should contact you directly to submit further information in regards to this dispute. Please email me back so we can discuss what else I need to submit to you in order to go forward with this dispute. The answer for why the dispute was invalid was rather vague. It claimed one reason was that it was a duplicate dispute. That is somewhat correct. In my complaint, it openly states that it's the second complaint against the company for the same issue. However, in the first complaint I requested that the company finish the job within weeks. They company never came back to properly finish the job despite multiple attempts to have them come back and ultimately I had to go elsewhere to have the work completed. So this complaint was for reimbursement of expenses. Since they never fulfilled the obligations they stated they would fulfill, I filed the second complaint. Please let me know what you need to further this along or at the very least keep it active as an unresolved dispute. I don't want anyone else to have to experience this company's very poor business practices

It is September 15, and they have not shown up as promised to resolve the problems they have created. I would like the case to be reopened since they have failed to follow up with their plan to resolve the issues. Thank you *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: firstly we did not walk on freshly laid tiles...we walked around them Secondly, all I want is for Mr*** to come to my home so we can discuss this issues The toilet when installed the first time had a leak and my husband furnished a new ring so the toilet could be installed properly The stress this has caused my husband and I cannot be explained I am battling cancer and my husband is disabled We surely did not need or exspect this, since we were a return customer.q

We are so pleased with our new floors and bathroom remodels! Texas Concept's team of professionals did an excellent job! MrP*** was very helpful regarding our budget and patient with us when there was a misunderstanding regarding the type of floor we ordered The matter was resolved to our liking and we have received so many compliments on our floors!! The functionality of our bathrooms actually was improvstated on their website:)

texas concept did a wonderful job on my master bath room. Their workers were polite and professional. I highly recommend them for your next project

Texas Concept came to my home to my home to remodel my bathroom and put a walk in shower and it looks amazing they also did granite countertops for the kitchen and I am just in love. This is the best work I have ever seen by far and they worked very well with me financially wise to make sure I can pay for everything I want without breaking the bank. I would recommend this company for everybody.

Very friendly and helpful business and I will recommend to all my friends that need home remodeling

We had a wonderful experience with Texas Concepts. They absolutely went above and beyond in our project to remodel our kitchen. The representative we worked with took the time to listen to what we wanted in our kitchen and delivered exactly to our expectations. We will diffinetly use Texas Concepts in our next project.

As far as the check for $500.00 which we have not received as of today, please note this check was to covert damages your crew did to my stove and refrigerator swell as the additional cleaning I had to pay for.  I don't consider a check covering damages a refund.

This company was the first ive used that shot straight with me. Everyone from the folks who set my appointment to the gentleman who visited were true professionals that id recommend to my own family
They got my deck and hardwood flooring done in good time andthe price was just right. Good guys. Id use them again

I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't address all the deficiencies.  There were 4 specific issues:1. Contractor to provide copy of building permit2. Repair/correct poor concrete stamping, staining & sealing3. Repair patio...

cover roof leaks (only issue that response addressed)4. Evaluate structural support beams that are splitItem # 1, 3 and 4 need to be addressed.

I am rejecting this response because:The foundation has not shifted. Texas Concepts has never sent anyone to inspect our home. There are no cracks on our ceiling, walls or any uneven door frames. The boards were cut short which caused my floors to shift through out my house. I took pictures and would be gladly to have the pictures developed and send you & to Revdex.com copies. I am requesting a full refund of $1,600.00 that I had the entire house repaired.

I am rejecting this response because:Talked with [redacted] twice last week.  The last time he stated he would start working on my project today Mon 18 Jan 2016.Nothing has changed except a sole worker took down some taped up plastic that took him 1/2 hour to do..This mans word is worth little.At this point I believe compensation should be a total of at least @1,000 dollars and increase by a $1,000 each Friday if work not finished by 5PM. I have not found any resolution to my problem.[redacted]

Ive done my flooring with texas concept. They did excellent job. A week ago I called them back to redo my bath. I was impressed! They built my walk in shower in 3 days! Very professional and fast!
