Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mrs. [redacted] I wished to change my acceptance of the resolution by Texas Concept. They had promised to be at our home by Sept. 12, 2015. It is September 15, 2015 and they have not shown up as promised to resolve the problems they have created. Im a returning customerLast year I did my flooring and it came out beautiful! They showed me samplesAfter I picked they scheduled the install date and finished the job in one day! I was shocked in a good wayJust recently I called them back to replace my roof after the hail damageAnd again I was happy! Good job guys!

I received a phone call from *** *** on Sunday JanSpoke with him Mon JanHe stated the work would be started by early next week We'll see This is the same type response I have been given since the end of Oct from *** *** and the Project Manager, ***

Texas concepts did a fantastic Job on my home They replaced the flooring and when they were done it looked like a brand new home They were very respectful of my time and care for my home as well as my belongings The installers were very nice and cleaned up like they were never there

reguarding Complaint: *** We repaired ms wilsons deck The job was fixed and resolved 8/9/She stated that because of the issue She felt that Texas concept should stain the deck for freeI didnt agree with that .Because staining the deck is not on the contractBut I did anyways ,just for the trouble We have done everything to keep mrs wilson happy

I am rejecting this response because:Whose phone number is ***?The man, who claimed to be *** ***, owner of Texas Concept, was the person at this number whom I spoke with and texted with about this job on multiple occasions. He instructed me to pay *** the first and second payments and to pay ** the final payment of "$1030.00". As for the ceiling....I have no pressing issueI paid someone privately to paint the ceiling after the spots were covered and tape and float doneLikewise, I paid someone else privately, to replace the remaining soffits that were sagging and add ventsAll together I paid $extra for those two jobs$for the soffit and vents and $to paint the ceiling in DR, LR, BR, hallway and kitchen. ** was aware of the needed paint job on the ceiling, as he asked what I planned to do about paintingWhen I had previously asked his workers about painting the ceiling as part of the job, they informed me that they were only instructed to spot paint** confirmed this by his questioning me on my plans after his men had completed their workMy mother was present during the conversation with ** as was another man who accompanied him that day to collect the balance on that part of the workAs for the vents on the roof, I asked *** *** before paying him the second payment, if the vents were installed, because my mother has been wanting ventilation in the very hot attic for a long timeThe roof was already shingled and he said he highly advised against the vents, because they would cause water leaksI accepted that explanation but expect my money back since they were not installedAnd Total Roof Replacement means total roof not just shinglesI discussed with both *** *** and *** *** about the rotten areas that were known about before removing the old ShinglesCloud Roofing first informed me of the poor condition of the decking, then a neighbor confirmed, and several contractors including Texas Concepts also confirmedI will have to see what code compliance has to say about the condition my roof was left inI hired Texas Concepts to replace my bad roofI was willing to pay $15,for ReplacementAs I informed Mr*** *** per text, that amount of money is not an acceptable charge to put shingles over rotten woodEven with the carport and ceiling figured inI just want a safe home that will withstand the weather. The price of decking replacement was figured in by *** *** the day he wrote the contract for me to signPlease notice he increased the initial cost of $12,to 14,to allow for additional decking materials and labor on the roofThe carport was initially going to be "metal panel ridged roofing panels (only)No decking" According to ***When *** came he said wood would be better and not so noisyI agreed as long as it would not cost more*** assured me it would not affect the priceMr*** *** texted me that the contract states"no decking"My response is : that's clearly referring to the carport Not the roof of the house. I am asking for a refund of $to cover the replacement of my roof including the decking and four ventsI will hire a professional roofer this time to do the job correctly and up to code. *** ***

I had my entire home redone by Texas ConceptI can honestly say they did the best work I've seenI would recommend them to my family, friends and strangersThe men that came out each day worked so hard and were very nice and honestThe owner was such a nice manHe cares for his customers and it showsHe personally came out and checked on things and made sure I was happyHe even gave me his personal number if I needed anything or had any questionsIf I ever need anymore work done I know who I'm be callingTexas Concepts!

This company came out to the house on our schedule, measured up floor, wrote up a quote and had the job done within weeksI have had other work done on my house since and those contractors told me that Texas concepts did a very good job after asking who did itI was also thankful that Texas Concepts fixed some damage that my disabled daughter caused to our new linoleum floor after flooding it with bath water that sat stagnant over minutes, two weeks after it was installedEek! Thankfully they fixed damage to prevent mold from spreading for a reasonable priceSuper staff, our family liked all the employees; They were personable and trustworthy
