They changed their statementIf the two are the same, why do they have different part numbers, and why do they specify driver and passenger side? This makes no sense to meWhat makes better since is that the two are nearly identical, and the only difference is that the slider handle is on the left side for the passenger seat, and on the right side for the driver's seatOther than that, the part does appear to be universalHaving the slider handle on the left side in the driver's seat risks damage upon entering and exiting the vehicleIt can be easily kickedAlso, if they are in fact the same part, or the part I have is mislabeled, depending on which story they choose to make up for this, why have I been refused pictures or blueprints to confirm it, as I have repeatedly requested? As for the emails informing me to contact the manufacturer, they did state that if I have a problem with the bracket, I can contact the manufacturerThe statement that they provided contact info is a lieI only received a first name of someone to contactNo last name, and definitely no phone number or emailAlso, I ordered the part from THMotorsports, not from the manufacturerThe fact that I now have to contact the manufacturer to discuss this further just goes to prove that THMotorsports appears to be incapable of taking care of it's customers Lastly, I feel the need to make the statement that my receipt clearly states that I ordered a driver's side seat bracket, and lists the part number accordinglyThe seat bracket I have clearly states itself as a passenger [redacted] seat bracket, and lists a different part numberThis means that no matter how you look at it, I did not receive what I orderedAll I want is the parts I ordered and payed forWhy does this take so much discussion, and a complaint to the Revdex.com to accomplish? TH Motorsports has charged me for a part they have refused to deliver and they haven't refunded my money This has been going on for over a week They first accused me of an attempted fraudulent purchase since I wanted to ship the part directly to my mechanic This was was in fact a legitimate purchase attempt TH Motorsports then said they declined the saleThey then went ahead and charged my credit card for the purchase and have yet to refund the nearly $they billed me for a product they refused to sell I have called and emailed twice they have told me that someone would contact me with a resolution To date they have not fixed the issue I strongly advise looking to their competitors for your auto parts purchases

Hello,I have communicated with this customer multiple times this week to get this situation sorted outThe order was in fact placed on 7/13/but the manufacturer did not assign this item to be directly dropshipped to the customer, but to our vendor which caused a delayAfter speaking with Jared on Friday 8/5/I found all of this out and demanded a change to have this order dropshipped to the customerIt was not a new order placed, but a change to the order that the manufacturer looked at as a "new order" and did not ship the item directly to the customer as requested, but to our vendor.I spoke with Jared today about this situation and have informed him the fastest way this will get to him which is to ship the item direct from our vendors warehouse to him, we have credited him $for the inconvenience and are adding expedited shipping to get this item to him as fast as possibleAgain, we have been communicating with the customer and are doing our best to get this situation resolved and the item shipped to the customerThe vendor is telling us that it should ship 8/11- 8/I have also told the customer that I will keep in contact with him on a daily basis until it is resolved-Mike
