Do not attempt to do business with these guysI have never experienced such incompetence, negligence and unprofessionalismOn top of that, I am still not convinced that I wasn't set up for a scam
I made an online order from THMinutes after, I called them to see if I could add a part to my order so that it would all ship at the same timeThey said they could not add a part and would have to cancel the original order and issue a new one including the extra partArghSo fine, they cancelled te first order and said they reversed the charge on my credit card, and charged me for the new orderThey send me an emailed invoice receiptThis "invoice" was a simple description of the parts and charges, there were no part numbers at allI emailed and called them to get a proper invoice wit all the infoI went back and forth with them times before getting anew invoiceThis new invoice again did not have all the info! Now I was worried since there was no way for me to review and confirm my order was correct! Then I get an email from the sales guy that took my order, with just a worded description of the order with the part numbersNo proper invoice! Atleast at this point, I had some confirmation of the part numbers that were "on order"! That was last week, more than weeks after the original order date! So here I am today more than weeks after order date and I received an email last night from TH, saying they have cancelled my order due to parts being unavailable / discontinued! WHAT!? After all that? Also, I still have not seen my refund on my credit card for the first order they supposedly cancelledNow I have big charges on my credit card that have not been reversed and no parts are coming! I know it takes some time for credit charges to be reversed, but this is more than weeks ago! Now I am worried about both big charges on my card, have I been taken for a scam? I'm trying to get this resolved which Is very difficult due to the incompetence of THOn the phone, they are re assuring and polite, yet it's obvious they don't understand or care about what the customer is requestingThey give you lip service only to find out that they didn't come throughIn the mean time, I have to find my parts elsewhere and have wasted valuable time, and still have to fight to get my money back!

I don't normally write reviews good or bad on companies I buy from but this experience has been so bad I'm hoping to help someone avoid the same problem I have hadI ordered lug nuts from them so I could install my new wheels (ones I had would not work) and after waiting for two weeks and not receiving them l called them and they told me they were back ordered from the manufacturer ( ***) and they would contact *** and find out when they could ship and email me backTwo weeks later after no word from them I called them again and they said they could not get a response from *** and had been trying for the entire two weeks to get oneI found that hard to believe but I waited another two weeks and still never heard from themSo I called them back again and they told me the same thing againThis time I called *** myself and had no trouble getting someone on the phone , told them my story and they said TH Motorsports wasn't a customer of theirs and could not help me without a PO numberI called TH Motorsports back and cancelled the order and they said they would have to wait to get confirmation from *** before giving me a credit and would email me when the credit was givenThree days later after no word from them I called them again and they said they would issue a credit and email me before the end of the dayThat day is not over yet but based on the track record I have seen I'm not going to hold my breathI don't know what name they would be buying from *** under or if they even placed an order from them but from what I've seen I don't want anything to do with themIf I don't hear from them before they day is over I will be contacting the *** *** office

I am rejecting this response because:I have heard all this before and so has numerous other people according to the reviewsI will be satisfied when my refund is in my bankAgain this was a manufacturing defect return approved by the manufacturer (multiple emails between the manufacturer and i) on a part that was never installedI have heard multiple times my refund is being processed, to only recieve a email or after phone call to find out why my money is not in the bank to hear that my return is still being processedSo the response that I have recieved is the same response I have heard multiple times and according to them they have no clue what is taking you (THmotorsports) so long, words out of there mouthAgain when I have my money back I will be satisfiedsincerely,

Dear Mary,I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, but it is important to note that a full account of the events was not shared. You placed an order on our website for the part in question. You are correct that the site indicated the part was compatible but it listed two separate parts...

in two different sizes as being compatible. Not every car of your make and model can use the same parts, which is why two separate options were offered. The specifications for each part were listed and, unfortunately, you selected the wrong one for your particular vehicle. Per your email to us you indicated the parts had been installed, and you confirmed this when we asked that question a second time. Since the parts were installed they cannot be returned, per our return policy, since they cannot be re-sold. if they hadn't been installed we would have gladly accepted a return. While we denied your return request we did offer to provide a discount on your next order for the correct parts. I have been in contact with Mike on a regular basis and after we determined there was a miscommunication with the manufacturer of the item Mike was very helpful in finding a resolution to the pRobles. TH motorsports are doing their best to remedy this.
