I have communicated with this customer multiple times this week to get this situation sorted outThe order was in fact placed on 7/13/but the manufacturer did not assign this item to be directly dropshipped to the customer, but to our vendor which caused a delayAfter speaking
with Jared on Friday 8/5/I found all of this out and demanded a change to have this order dropshipped to the customerIt was not a new order placed, but a change to the order that the manufacturer looked at as a "new order" and did not ship the item directly to the customer as requested, but to our vendor.I spoke with Jared today about this situation and have informed him the fastest way this will get to him which is to ship the item direct from our vendors warehouse to him, we have credited him $for the inconvenience and are adding expedited shipping to get this item to him as fast as possibleAgain, we have been communicating with the customer and are doing our best to get this situation resolved and the item shipped to the customerThe vendor is telling us that it should ship 8/11- 8/I have also told the customer that I will keep in contact with him on a daily basis until it is resolved

I wish I could rate at ZERO starsThese guys couldnt produce a tracking number, so I asked for a refundThey said they cancelled the order but I am still waiting for refund weeks laterTH motorsports has not returned phone calls or respondedThey have A rating with the Revdex.com, which is **, because if you read their reviews on Revdex.com.org they have way more complaints than positive reviewsWhen I called on a Friday I could not get anyone to return or answer callsAfter a week or I should have known something was wrong when the 1st email I got was not a tracking#! But rather an email from the company, asking me to tell them whether or not the order was received and if not, if I would like to cancelI've never seen this before, shouldn't they know where my order is?
I think the idea is to just get your money into their bank account to make interest on the money while stalling out the order or refund, if they do this to hundreds of people , its a legit money maker as long as they stall out for long enoughThey may even be doing so legally by making special orders when parts are more locally available, they are making more money on the "FLOAT" or time delay, than the productsIf you can stall out hundreds or thousands or orders for a week, let alone a month as they have done with me, there is a lot of money to be made on the floatHere is the dialog between Myself and THMotorsports.com via *** dispute:

Over recent years, the market has been saturated with several Motorsport shops It's become increasingly difficult to find a Motorsport shop that still holds integrity, enthusiasm and respect for their clients I know that the myriad of consumers out there can turn several business relationships bitter but I do have to commend TH Motorsports for my surprisingly pleasant experience They were very prompt, communicative and knowledgeable about their products and industry I feel comfortable giving them my business and plan to do so in the near future
It's as one of the representatives said on one of my phone conversations with them: "At the end of the day this is your passion and you should enjoy what you do, so we do our best to facilitate that"

This company violated every single milestone on the Revdex.com Accreditation tab up aboveTheir website has blatant lies on it, items mislabeled and described as if they are something way more than they areThey lie to you when you call, promise you a legit resolution and then drag out some ridiculous long winded smoke and mirror show, all while they still have your money and the returned product that they mislead you into buying in the first placeTheir customer service is horribleI CANNOT BELIEVE THE Revdex.com ALLOWS THESE SS TO CLAIM AND USE THEIR LOGO ON THE THMOTORSPORTS WEB PAGE! I guess as long as the Revdex.com gets their fees, they don't care about the customerSAD!

I am rejecting this response because: This is very simple, give me a tracking number for the exhaust I paid for months ago, or give me my money back. You told me it would not be in until November, that means it is clearly not on the boat en route to me. You cannot hold onto someones money for months when you do not even know when you will have the product to sellAlso, Aaron T*** said that this is a normally "stocked item" for you and that you had on order. If this is the case then cancelling my should not be an issue. This is bad business

I placed an order on a Wednesday, decided to cancel said order the same week on Friday, the staff with whom I communicated via email were very pleasant and knowledgeable about my order and I was refunded the full amount of my order as promisedIt does take about days to get your money back but they are a legitimate business and would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy parts at cheaper prices as compared to other websites

This has to do with the fact THMotorsports received my money and did not ship the productThey had somehow no explanation whyI also did not receive a follow up email about a tracking numberThen I called on 3/to get shipping infoThey LIED to me and said it had shipped and a email was being sent right overNever cameProduct never cameOn 3/I called and was told it had been shipped and here is your tracking number and you should have received an emailTruth be told - they were caught when we called on 3/They then shipped it on 3/- a week and a half laterThis has nothing to do with shipping company as the respondent eludes to or an inventory issue as I was told the product was in stockThis is a matter of being lied to and them holding on to my money and then rather than making it right through expedited shipping - they fed me lies
