I ordered a set of [redacted] brake rotors and pads on January 20, 2017. The website clearly stated that both sets of pads and rotors were IN STOCK. Moments after I placed my order I received an email stating "We checked every warehouse in the US and your order can only be sourced directly from the manufacturer..." I then emailed them back asking why they stated the items were in stock when the are not in stock, there response was "I will check with the manufacturer on the shipping info and email you when I have info." Well, needless to say, I got no response after that. The only reason I ordered these from them was because they were supposedly in stock. I would order any parts you need from any other place. THMotorsports is nothing more than a glorified drop shipper. I can get that b.s. from [redacted] if I really wanted the runaround...first and last order from these clowns...

Hello,I have communicated with this customer multiple times this week to get this situation sorted out. The order was in fact placed on 7/13/16 but the manufacturer did not assign this item to be directly dropshipped to the customer, but to our vendor which caused a delay. After speaking with Jared...

on Friday 8/5/16 I found all of this out and demanded a change to have this order dropshipped to the customer. It was not a new order placed, but a change to the order that the manufacturer looked at as a "new order" and did not ship the item directly to the customer as requested, but to our vendor.I spoke with Jared today about this situation and have informed him the fastest way this will get to him which is to ship the item direct from our vendors warehouse to him, we have credited him $50 for the inconvenience and are adding expedited shipping to get this item to him as fast as possible. Again, we have been communicating with the customer and are doing our best to get this situation resolved and the item shipped to the customer. The vendor is telling us that it should ship 8/11- 8/15. I have also told the customer that I will keep in contact with him on a daily basis until it is resolved. -Mike

Attempting a simple return and following all their stipulations this company stopped responding to any attempts at contact and has not returned my payment.
I notified them that I had filed a grievance after multiple emails have gone ignored to which they finally responded claiming I had not provided tracking information which I quickly refuted by sending a screen shot of both the email I sent with the tracking info as well as the confirmation I received from the postal service that the item was received by a member of their staff...
Still no refund.

The business is jerking me around with one excuse after another as to avoid giving me the refund due. The customer service department is just horrible, their return policies are unrealistic and their warehouse has no clue as to what they have or don't have, I was even asked at one point to take a photo of the wires before returning them, the RMA number is on the package I am not sure what it is I am searching my office for the postal receipt and I am now convinced that TH Motorsports is determined not to refund me. I am sure that even if I find the rma number they will then come up with another excuse to not reimburse me . I have opened a claim up with my visa company and plan on doing extensive web warnings about this crooked company. I have NEVER had so much hassle in my life to return something.

This statement that the manufacturer confirmed the driver side and passenger side are the same is the first I have seen of it. The email actually stated the manufacturer "confirmed that the rail was just mislabeled. It will work for the driver side." They changed their statement. If the two are the same, why do they have different part numbers, and why do they specify driver and passenger side? This makes no sense to me. What makes better since is that the two are nearly identical, and the only difference is that the slider handle is on the left side for the passenger seat, and on the right side for the driver's seat. Other than that, the part does appear to be universal. Having the slider handle on the left side in the driver's seat risks damage upon entering and exiting the vehicle. It can be easily kicked. Also, if they are in fact the same part, or the part I have is mislabeled, depending on which story they choose to make up for this, why have I been refused pictures or blueprints to confirm it, as I have repeatedly requested?
As for the emails informing me to contact the manufacturer, they did state that if I have a problem with the bracket, I can contact the manufacturer. The statement that they provided contact info is a lie. I only received a first name of someone to contact. No last name, and definitely no phone number or email. Also, I ordered the part from THMotorsports, not from the manufacturer. The fact that I now have to contact the manufacturer to discuss this further just goes to prove that THMotorsports appears to be incapable of taking care of it's customers.
Lastly, I feel the need to make the statement that my receipt clearly states that I ordered a driver's side seat bracket, and lists the part number accordingly. The seat bracket I have clearly states itself as a passenger [redacted] seat bracket, and lists a different part number. This means that no matter how you look at it, I did not receive what I ordered. All I want is the parts I ordered and payed for. Why does this take so much discussion, and a complaint to the Revdex.com to accomplish? I ordered these parts almost two months ago. They sent me a seat that was obviously wrong, and tried to talk me into installing it anyway. I refused, and just received it's replacement today, and now I am still arguing over this seat bracket. This is not acceptable.

Of course I don't believe them. I have called them out on lies and half truths already.
When I order from a company, I expect them to take responsibility if I receive the wrong part. I am highly unsatisfied with the lack of information I received from THMotorsports, and the lack of help I received in getting a solution to this problem. Since they refused to take care of me, I finally did call the manufacturer (I looked up their information myself, since THMotorsports never would give me their contact info, even though they lied and claimed they did), and the manufacturer informed me that THMotorsports is completely uneducated in the products they sell, and talked to me about the product I received, and how I can make a simple adjustment to it to make it what I need. They also informed me of a different bracket that better suits my needs, and are shipping it to me now. I am no longer dealing with THMotorsports.
Through this last two months dealing with THMotorsports, I have encountered incompetence, half truths, and lies. I had to take care of the problem myself. At this point, the only way THMotorsports can satisfy me is to reimburse me for the time and energy spent in doing their job for them.

We received confirmation from the manufacturer that your order has been cancelled. We will process a refund for you as soon as possible but due to normal processing times it will not show up in your account until next week. One day before this response, September XX XXXX, I received an email from [redacted] at TH Motorpsports advising that they had received the parts back already and will not re-ship without yet additional funds for shipping that has already been paid for.
The item was not refused as clearly has been explained to TH Motorsports numerous times, Also, Canada Post replied with a letter stating this, and this letter was sent to TH Motorsports on September 17th.
The only resolution I will accept is a complete and immediate refund for the missing parts and the shipping for those parts, or a valid tracking number stating that those parts have been shipped.
The email from [redacted] stating that they have received the parts prior to their Revdex.com response is below.

Still require a full refund of shipping and the parts and no credit has been issued to the credit card company for even just the rotors yet.
As the sender, and according to the postal outlets, TH Motorsports is responsible for following through with the claim on shipping and the refund. Until they have completed the transaction and refund for all parts and shipping, this is unsatisfactory.

We will be voiding the manual check sent and will process a return back to the credit card the customer used. We have changed our policy due to the issues the manual checks have been causing. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

I spent over 2.5k in a month with this company. But my last 3 orders have been messed up due to employee oversight or lack thereof. Either parts were missing and they shipped it out once I contacted them or they don't communicate shipping info. Roll the dice to find your luck. Something bad is happening at that company and is going down hill. Buy from somewhere else.

Takes forever to get a refund for a part that did not fit but website said it did fit.
