The customer is aware that since the refrigerator is older the new door had to be back orderedThe technician has told the customer if the door is not shipped within a reasonable time frame then the customer can file a claim with his insurance companyThe refrigerator works fine the issue is a cosmetic one and the technician is going to replace the the door as soon as it comes in

This was a TERRIBLE experienceWhen the repair man showed up he barley spoke English, let alone understand itAfter I tryied to explain what was going on with my washer machine he insisted it was leaking at the hose connectionI kept on insisting it was on the inside of the machineAfter he made numerous calls (in Spanish) to someone to direct him in him trying to find the leak he said to me in his broken English,"he could not fix what he could not find broken." This morning, my garage was flooded with water from the "not broken" machine
Then they sent an estimate to fix the "not broken machine" of $
My husband and I are convinced that this is a scam and are going to dispute the charge

This entire response is patently false First, the technician was here to fix a drain issue The drain pipe was not and has not been touched by us before or after this incident We presumed to hire people to work on the problem That we would be accused without merit is wrong We have nothing but the word of the tech that he did not work on the back of the washer These are the facts: the washer would not drain; the tech came; the washer drained out on our floors
No one has requested that anyone come look at our floors At this time, the remediation company's equines by our home owners insurance came, took tons of pictures and torn up half my floors, removed the carpet pad from my sons' bedrooms and left fans to dry up the water The reason the tech did not have pictures of the floor with water on it is because my sons and I worked diligently to remove to water As soon as we realized water was on he floor, I called *** *** *** and asked for help and a shop vac The tech came back within minsAnd no shop vac Even though the website assured us that the techs have a van fully stocked with parts and supplies By that time, every towel and sheet in my home was being used to save the floorsWe were asked by the business to remove this complaint if they paid us $ Our deductible is $and as a result of filing, our rates will go up If we wanted money from them, we would have not gone through insurance Our floors were almost exactly years old and we loved themWe most certainly were not looking for new floors and that this would be said is absolutely wrong

The technician went to the home gave a quote and the homeowner signed off no less than three times agreeing to the price of the repairThe diagnoses fee was removed from the total ( We have a copy of the invoice)The technician then repaired and then the homeowner cancelled the checkAfter all
the work was done that the homeowner agreed to and even though a price was agreed before hand the homeowner decided he would just pay what he wantedAnd only agreed to pay him part of the moneyI think it very unfortunate that some people take advantage of the systemWe are refunding the diagnoses fee a second time so we do not have to deal with this dishonest personWe do outstanding work at a fair priceBut sometimes people just want to take advantage of the business

We are working with this technician and the customer to get this resolved in a satisfactory way for bothWe have refunded the diagnoses fee

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with I chose them because they profess to come within one to two daysSpoke with a sales person who said someone would come on a Saturday for an extra cost so I booked them Changed my plans to be home on the weekend and got a call literally an hour before they were supposed to come saying the technician was "out" todayDo they only have one employee?? Then we rescheduled for later in the week and asked for a confirmation call the night before which we got and then no one showed up and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! How are these *** still in business????

Tech stated that when he went out and diagnosed the fridge he explained to customer that the issue is that the refrigerator was overheatingHe proceeded to check the coils and checked the damperWhen he checked the coils he found that the coils were covered with dust and he cleaned the coilsWhen
he checked the damper, he noticed that the damper was open, NOT brokenSo he closed the damper after he had cleaned the coils and instructed for the customer to leave a cup of water in freezer and a cup of water in the fridge and let him know if they frooze and got coldThis was on a Friday so tech told customer to call him monday morning if the issue is not resolved and if it was not getting coldHe explained to customer that if after the weekend the issue has not resolved he would come back and he would not charge any additional trip charge and if it turned out that the issue was not resolved, He would go ahead and apply half of what was charged originally towards any additional repair or part needed, since he did perform a coil cleaning Since tech never received call from customer he assumed the appliance was oktech claims he never received a call until yesterday when we called him letting him know about the Revdex.com complaintAlthough we do not agree with the customers version and we think the technician did perform a coil clean and he should have been notified it did not freeze, we in the interest of good customer service will refund the money and close the caseCheck is being sent today and customer has been notifiedThank you

We are very sure the technician did not cause any damage to the home owners floorWhen the technician arrived at the house the homeowner said the washer would not drainThe technician only removed the front [panel of the washer to replace a beltIt appears the somebody removed the drain pipe to
see why the machine was not draining prior to the techs arrival and did not replace it the correct wayWe have pictures of the washer full of water and the floors that show no water on them The home owner is saying he needs $to cover his flooring in his house being replaced simply because that is his insurance deductable and he wants to re due his floorsHe has not allowed the technician to have a flooring professional inspect the flooring to see if there is any damage and if so what the cost to repair would beHe made a deal with the tech over the phone that he would accept $to resolve the issue even though the tech feels he did not cause the damageThen when the tech called him again he wanted $on the next conversationWe offered to pay the fee for the tech and the tech would reimburse us the cost to expedite the payment to the home owner, but now the price has gone to $2700, and if we pay it the homeowner would reflect this in the Revdex.com complaint but unless we give them $they will not resolve with the Revdex.comA fair resolution for all is what we offered and it was turned down by the homeowner. We think the tech was very fair and offered to pay for something he did not doBut the home owner is not being reasonableThe technicians offer still stands as of this response date

Ii never received your other emailThis is not yet resolved. They gave not replaced the door.please reopen fileThey said they would reorder a door but have not gotten one.Jeff W***

This customer called in for a repair. They did not tell the booking agent they where a landlord and the tenant would have to have the technician call in to get permission to repair. The technician went out diagnosed the problem. He did not ask the person in the home if they owned to home or rented...

and the person in the home did not tell the technician he would need to get approval from a landlord before he repaired neither did the person who called in the appointment. The person in the home approved the repair after a written estimate was given to them and they paid the technician. This is clearly a landlord tenant dispute.

The technician dropped the ball on the response to the customer. We do thousands of jobs a year and 99% of our customers are happy. We are refunding the money that was charged by the technician to the customer and apologize for the miss communication. I spoke to The manager at Message envy and she...

was very professional and understanding.

I arranged a service call for repair to my Miele dishwasher for Monday, August 22, 2016. The tech was to show up by noon. When no one came to my home or called, I telephoned and was told he had a personal emergency and would come on Tuesday, the 23rd. He arrived after the scheduled time with a "helper" and removed the plate from the front of the dishwasher. He said I needed a drain pump and that he would call me later that afternoon or the next day with a price for the part. He did not replace the parts he removed but put them in the bottom of the machine and screwed the face plate on it and left. When I didn't get a call that day or the next, I telephoned on Thursday and for the first time was told that I had reached an answering service, not a local business. They also have an 888 number in Pennsylvania. They look to be local but are not and do not stock parts. I called on Friday, the 26th and was told the technician would call me. He eventually called and said he was unable to get a price from the manufacturer but would try again and call me. I then called the manufacturer. The part is in stock and I arranged for a factory service person to come to my home. I cancelled the service call with Appliance Repair Men and was told that I would get a refund of the fee for the diagnosis. If there is no credit, I will contest the charge on my credit card bill.

Technician went out on the 6th of November, 2015 to fix a refrigerator that was freezing the back of the freezer and not cooling the fridge. This issue was fixed, however, on April 12th, 2016 (5 months later on a 3 month warranty) customer called in requesting a revisit. T.A.R.M. informed the...

Tech and asked if still on warranty, Tech stated it wasn't under warranty, and that he had spoken to the customer. This is when Tech and customer came to an agreement of revisit by the technician as a repair between technician and customer, leaving T.A.R.M. out of the equation (service fee was not charged) and an appointment was not set up with the Appliance Repair Men. A second repair was done, and customer is not satisfied with said repair, called in to complain. Customer was informed that second repair was done outside of T.A.R.M. and needed to be settled directly with Technician. The second repair was a different item and was booked directly with the technician outside of The Appliance Repair Men.Technician offered customer several times to go out and review the appliance after the second appointment that was scheduled directly with the technician and customer refused. He also stated that it's impossible to install an oven Thermostat in a refrigerator since ovens don't use them and they don't exist. He also stated that if in fact customer hired a different outfit to repair the appliance after not letting him go back and review the appliance that he would have offered a warranty on the second visit.

Scheduled appt for 8-10 Am. Repair man called at 10:15 to reschedule to 2pm. I was unable to reschedule and to take more time off of work. However $59.99 fee was processed on my credit card. When I contacted the repair man, he responded"I have no control when my company processes payment. But I'm available to come out for the repair".

technician provided the customer with a new Dryer as a replacement. Customer said everything is resolved.

I called this company as they advertised to service Samsung appliances. I confirmed they worked on Samsung ranges and scheduled an appointment for a week out. They took my credit card number (and charged it) to "hold" the appointment. I was told the tech would call 30 minutes before coming out, if I didn't answer they would not show up but keep the $59 charged. They called hours before my appointment to tell me they didn't have anyone in my area to service and never would. Why couldn't they have told me this a week ago? I wonder if that was their "30 minute call" to get to keep my $59? I told them my cc charge better be reversed, which when I called my cc company hadn't been done until after my conversation with them. Don't waste your time with this business, they're sketchy at best.
