am rejecting this response because: we want our emergency plummer Bill paid as it took over full days for them to send a technician We had a leak that cussed damage to our house as a result of the neglect and lack of timely service Lucky were not demanding the repairs be paid as well

I want them to tell me I won't have any problems with my warranty when they see I have at home piece sofa and seat are the same and my invoice says I have piece sofa each seat are different .my invoice says I paid warranty for a lover seat corner seat and chaise seat (different pieces ) but that's not what I picked up from the store, my concers is I'll will lose the warranty when they see I don't have at home what is written in my invoice.

manager Robin A*** contacted meHe informed me that the production for recliners has been stoppedThey have three last pieces and I have to select one of themEach piece had some quality issue, so he offered me $discount and promised to fix the issue if issue is still there after one month of deliveryBrick will fix the issue at their cost and not using protection plan which I purchased.Recliner and dinning chairs delivered to my home last weekThis time there is no major issue other than some depressions on arm rest of recliner which we will wait for one month to see if these depressions are goneOtherwise I will contact Brick to fix it as agreedI would like to mention that Rob A*** and customer service desk personnel ( Boris and Lisa) were very helpful to get this issue resolved.Appreciate your help as well which made it possible to get the issue resolved.Regards,***

Customer visited the store on Wednesday, spoke with store manager SueThey will be visiting the Fort Mac Brick location to receive their refund, mattress was returned and customer has already moved back to Fort MacStore manager contacted the customer again to follow up, they didn't have the
chance to visit the store in Fort Mac for their refund therefore will be going as soon as possibleIf customer has any further issues, Sue will be more than happy to assist

Multiple attempts to reach the customer via phone, and email with no success.The store would be more than happy to discuss customers concerns, and find resolution to resolve therefore no return call or reply by email on behalf of the customer

1) There is no such statement or explanation in the warranty documentation
2) For other appliance failures, removal and installation WAS includedThey are being two-faced here
3) The warranty states that repair or replacement will occur
4) TGW is the maintenance company - they should be required to remove and install the replacement cook-topIt is high power electrical and not consumer installable
