I contacted the company TWICE through their "Contact Us" option on their website, not my own personal email Therefore, I have no record of the dates of the contacts, nor their contents I never received any response If they go into my account through my email (***), they will see when the item was purchased As for when I contacted them, again, it's their word against mine since I used their website to do it but it was about a month after the purchase of the faulty fan No reply Still looking for a refund

Like I have said, this is crap. I have placed orders with Choxi and I have had issues with every order:Order #1: did not ship in a timely manner like they say that they do. I had to contact customer service multiply times to find out when I would get me stuff.Order #2: I thought that I would try them one more time however, my entire order was messed up. One item was extremely late, like months until I received it. One item was not correct. Choxi changed the color and style of the dress that I ordered. I just kept it, because I didn't want to deal with trying to return it and deal with that mess and then my other item had postage due upon arrival. I had to take time off of work in order to make it to the post office on time and pay extra postage in order to get my item that I had already paid for. They would not refund me the amount that I had to pay for the extra postage. Choxi would only give me an instore credit. After all of this experience, I was not going to let them keep my extra postage credit that I had to pay out of my own pocket so I placed one more order to get that credit. Which is where it leads me to this complaint and order #3.Order #3: Received one item and then the other item was cancelled. To then not even get all of my money back and have yet again another instore credit. Well shame on me, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN so AGAIN, I AM THE ONE THAT IS SCREWED BECAUSE I WILL NEVER USE THAT INSTORE CREDIT. It is a bunch of crap. Choxi is HORRIBLE and UNETHICAL. I am not the only one that has been screwed by this company.....Just look at Facebook and the complaint page for them. HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I have let all of my family and friends know how horrible this company is and to NEVER use them as well. In my opinion, a company that does not allow for people to place constructive critizism is a company that is trying to hide something. In this case, Choxi is hiding that it is an extremely unethical and horrible company. They should be shut down. Thank you***

Dear *** *** ***, Upon reviewing your case, I see that an RMA was processed for the return of this item because you informed us it was not operating correctly. When the return was received by our manufacturing partner, they found the original box was missing and the screen was cracked, neither of which was mentioned before the RMA was processed. Our manufacturing partner also informed us that the same damage which caused the cracked screen most likely caused the lower performance of the device. If you would like the item returned to you, please provide a pre-paid return shipping label and I will request the item be sent out as soon as possible Regards, ***
