Dear *** ***,I'm very sorry to hear that the headphones you received were defective When an RMA is processed our automated system sends out two emails, one with instructions on how to return the item and another with the return shipping label I see in your case you reported
not receiving the initial email so it was sent to you via email as an attachment I have attached a screen shot showing the email you received and replied to which contained the shipping label That being said, I see one of our supervisors made an exception and processed a full refund to your original form of payment for this item though we were unable to confirm that the item was delivered For any future returns, I ask that you please ship the item with tracking in case there are any problems with the shipment If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know.Regards,***

Dear *** * *** I'm very sorry for any misunderstanding regarding how you were billed and/or refunded. This order was originally priced at $with the item in question priced at $($for the item and $for shipping). The cost of the order was reduced by a $discount code and then by a $credit you had on your account. Discount codes and credits are spread out over each item on the order based on the % of the cost they make up. After the discount code and credit, you ended up paying $in cash for the item. We are only able to issue a refund to your original form of payment in the amount you paid for the item. Any discounts or credits utilized on the order can only be refunded in the form of in store credit. If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know Regards, Ryan

Choxi contacted me and gave me a credit but not a refund they didn't mention my Revdex.com complaintThe credit was for $
but I don't trust making another purchase with them and want a refundI did ask them for a refund not a credit.
