That is exactly what we are trying to do. But Choxi has been unreachable so we thought we should inform/share with Revdex.com and others that search up information on Revdex.com, what we are experiencing. Dear [redacted], Unfortunately, when the return was received the phone screen was cracked.  As noted previously, the original box which helps protect the device from damage, was not used in the return as required.  If the item was not packaged well it may have resulted in damage to the device during shipping.  That being said I will go ahead and make an exception and issue a refund of $30 to your original form of payment as requested.  Please note that for any future orders, all returns must be made in the condition the item was received and include the original box.  If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I had contacted the immediately when they emailed me the order was going to be canceled and that they were going to issue a refund. The email stated that there was going to be a refund posted in 7 to 10 days. I emailed them back within minutes of getting their email telling them of the situation that the card used to make the initial purchase was a prepaid gift card. I told them since the card balance was completely used the card was no longer useable that the acct was closed after the balance was used on the card. That the card was disposed of and I could not get a refund to the card. I told them to either refund it to my debit card or that they would need to issue me a credit. They did not respond at which time I sent that email again. Then 2 days later they sent me an email telling me it was too late that the pre paid gift card was issued the refund. When I told them that I wanted the information who the refund went to etc.. They said that information was not available. After they had told me I would need to contact the bank. The gift cards clearly state that once the card balance is used up that the card is no longer an open account. There would have been no acct. for them to issue the refund to!! I did not want to take a credit with their company but expressed that I would accept that.  Then a few days later they were saying it was too late that the card was credited. But would not give me information as to who was refunded or the card number which I no longer had as I disposed of the card once the balance was used up. Where did the refund go???

emails to them about what they owe me, they refuse to allow me to access my account to get the money they had refunded to me. For every email I send them, they send the same rejoinder. We are just going around in circles. At last count, I had 17 emails to them and many more had been deleted over the course of the month.

They do not want to assist they admitted that they are not authorized dealer and they actually do not have quality...

department that inspects products to make sure they are good .They also advised that what they sell on there site is not actually from them they are a 3rd party rep for sellers of discounted items or discontinued .They did not offer ANYTHING not even discount for any future orders .

 would have to use the store credit.  Out of $41 they refunded $7.95 to my account and left the rest in credit.  I told them that it wasn't acceptable as I would not be using their services, but they said that was all they could do and hung up.
