I ordered gifts on 11/16/16, never recieved them and tried numerous times to reach out this company regarding my orderI still have not received a phone call or an email about my orderI finally contacted my bank to dispute the chargesWill NEVER order form here ever again, what a scam!

I ordered an item for $from Girly-Twirly They credited my credit card and never sent me my item I've tried numerous times to get ahold of them by phone and mail, to no avail Shut these people down!

I placed an order with this company on August 29,After a month passes and I hadn't received the item or heard that it was backordered I attempted to contact the companyI sent emails and left voicemail messagesNone of which were returnedThis was in regards to a purchase over $finally after months I receive an email that my item has shippedI am out a lot of money at this point seeing as to how it's a personalized item I can't just give to anyone and the event has passed for which I needed the gift and had to purchase something elseIt is one this to misunderstand the production time but to never receive feedback from a company is very disrespectfulI will never use this company again!
