Hi Kristin - Thank you so much for getting back to us - we are hoping that you received our emails dated July 23rd and August 5th? (Maybe they went to a SPAM filter perhaps?) We are currently sold out of the Capri Cove print in these shower caddies due to extremely high back to school order volume We were wondering if we could possibly replace these with a different pattern instead perhaps? I have responded to *** *** at Girly Twirly Gifts relative to their offer to return my money on *** (which I do not participate in) or they can send a hard check. I also suggested that perhaps they could let me order another *** for someone else and arrange somehow for that to be a free gift. I will await their response. Thank you for your assistance in this matter

I have ordered many things from this company and was happy in the past but the last items I ordered came and were not printed correctly, I called many times to ask it to be redone and I got one response saying I would get a new one and never received itCalled and emailed many times after that and never get a responseI will not order from them again

Thank you for thisSince the company found out I had filed a complaint, I got an email today from this outside of this one indicating a re-shipmentAfter days and emails, the Revdex.com notification to them relative to the complaint was not their first- they apparently are only reactingWhen I Googled the company I found almost this same email - if not exact- in a response to smother customerThis is a scamCredit card information from my bank and the telephone number provided with the charge is not in service- they couldn't reach them eitherI responded to the company's email and told them to cancel my order as I had to order from another companyPlease let me know if this email is a proper "reply in writing" or if I need to send a letterI did not tell them in my response email but will reply again, I want a complete refund if my money

I ordered an item in October and still have not received itI emailed regarding status and received no responseTerrible company terrible serviceI will never order from them againBut they sure did charge my credit card immediately
