Thank you so much for contacting us - I am looking to help.  We are showing that we had sent 2 separate emails - one on May 26th and one on June 8th regarding your order?  (Maybe they are going to a SPAM folder perhaps?)
Our manufacturer is sold out of the pink chain print in the Laundry Bags - we had emailed to see if there was possibly another print Laundry Bag on our website that we could change that to for you to ship out ASAP?  Here is the link to the Laundry Bags on our site again to view our current available options -

Thank you so much for getting back to us - we are hoping that you received our emails dated July 23rd and August 5th?...

 (Maybe they went to a SPAM filter perhaps?)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON WEBSITE, AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS REGARDING ORDER STATUS. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL....WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I just spoke to our manufacturer again for an update.   These usually take them 4-6 weeks to do the painted ones because of the process...but they have gotten this remake done in 3 weeks for you as we asked them to rush it ASAP.  They are doing the finish clearcoat tomorrow and it just needs 24 hours to dry after that and it can ship.  We will forward the tracking # anticipated on Tuesday - it will be coming to you by 2nd day air. 
Thank you so much for your order - we are very anxious to get this remake into your hands ASAP!

I ordered an item for $31 from Girly-Twirly. They credited my credit card and never sent me my item. I've tried numerous times to get ahold of them by phone and mail, to no avail. Shut these people down!

I placed an order with this company on August 29,2016. After a month passes and I hadn't received the item or heard that it was backordered I attempted to contact the company. I sent 4 emails and left 4 voicemail messages. None of which were returned. This was in regards to a purchase over $100. finally after months I receive an email that my item has shipped. I am out a lot of money at this point seeing as to how it's a personalized item I can't just give to anyone and the event has passed for which I needed the gift and had to purchase something else. It is one this to misunderstand the production time but to never receive feedback from a company is very disrespectful. I will never use this company again! And I warn others to not use this company either

I ordered gifts on 11/16/16, never recieved them and tried numerous times to reach out this company regarding my order. I still have not received a phone call or an email about my order. I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Will NEVER order form here ever again, what a scam!

Thank you so much for getting back to us.  We are hoping that you receieved our follow up email after our last conversation?  Our manufacturer informed us that the acrylic portion of the keychain is on backorder until October 10th.  We had emailed you back asking if...

you would like to pick a different style keychain instead that can ship right away perhaps?  This one here has been a very popular alternative and can be done in either clear or cobalt with the gold lettering - [redacted]Please let us know if this or another alternative from our website would work for you as we would love to get this shipped out for you ASAP -
