I am rejecting this response because: They charged us for a product that they did not deliverThey did not actually send the emails they claim to have sent no matter how nicely they worded the one email they sent in response to your inquiry or maybe it was because the credit card company has now also started and inquiryMost companies don't charge until the merchandise is actually being deliveredThis is a scam and the worst customer service everI got no response to calls, messages, written complaints on their own "Contact Form" which they say to use instead of phone callsI wonder how many people out there haven't thought to contact you and have lost money with this companyI would like a refund as they are not able to fill the order for which I was charged

On October 19th we received an email that *** had not receieved her order that was shipped by *** back on September 24th We immediately rush remade and reshipped this item again that same day for her - *** *** *** tracking # *** which shows as delivered on October 22nd, at 1:pm The customer (*** ***) has confirmed receiving this remade monogrammed *** on that day She would like to return it for a refund which we are happy to also do for her - we no longer have her card number on file to credit so we would just need either her card number again, a *** email to credit or we can mail her a hard copy refund check We are just awaiting her response to the credit method that she would prefer at this timeWarmly -

Now that the complaint is closed they have disappeared again with no correspondence with me since that time.
