I am rejecting this response because my husband and I have checked our spam folders and neither one of us have messages from you. However, I did receive the order confirmation email and the partial shipment notification from your company with no issues. It's odd that any communication after those emails would be sent to my spam folder. Further, I called your business and left voicemails on 3/8/16 and 3/10/16, yet never received a return call. Your offer to fill this order with items that clearly do not meet the sizes or color in my original order is very confusing and frankly, lacks the appropriate customer service response. I would like an immediate and full refund for the items I have not received. As a customer, it's very frustrating that it took a complaint to the Revdex.com to finally get a response from your company. I have never experienced this poor level of customer service from any business before, regardless of business size.

Wow - so almost all of the negative complaint are about not being able to get a hold of anyone in customer service. I, too, placed an order for a monogramed platter back in October of 2016 in order to have it by the end of November 2016 (Thanksgiving house warming gift). I never received my item. I received an email on December 12, 2016, that the item I had order is now no longer available and asked "if" I would be interested in a different type.... I stated no I was not interested (since it was way past the time I needed to present the gift) and that I would prefer a refund. Since that email on December 12, 2016, I have tried probably 5 times via email and another several via the ###-###-#### phone number. It is now January 10, 2017. I truly just want my money refunded. What a terrible experience. I have placed many orders prior to this and have adored everything I have order AND received in the past. But this is just plain fraud. If there are any suggestions out there as to what to do, please comment.
