I am very unsatisfied with this company in the way it handled my situationI placed a order and was told that one of the items was not available for ChristmasI looked and saw that this item was so I called and wanted to order the item but the shipping was going to cost as much as the one itemThey not only favme information but could not absorb the shipping fee

I am rejecting this response because: First of all I do not have multiple accountsI have ordered from your company or times, the first time the glasses the decals peeled off of all sets I ordered & I was very disappointed Also had to drive to ups store in middle of winter and return a huge box full of defective glassesI have used my name and address each time I pay and have anything sent to my houseI may use different cards to pay but who cares if I do, it is my money I can pay how with what ever card I wantDeal was for free shipping and $off your first orderI was trying to find the email that showed itI will accept the 7.99 shipping refundAlso I stayed up until am which was about or hours past the time I ordered to try and cancel this order & company kept saying they could not find my order and to call back I never did get any email verifying the order or that it had shipped, order just showed up weeks later after asking to cancel itAfter the snotty reply I have gotten and the cheap items I always receive plus deals and prices keep changing, I don't think I will ordering from you again So you can erase whatever accounts you are supposedly saying I have, which I am not aware of any multiple accountsI sent the deal page to some of my friends which ad said to do , share this page or whatever but I will be telling them of my experiences tooI haven't checked to see if refund was applied yet or not

I found Lakeside Collection customer service to be outstanding in helping me with my returns! Rob was professional and friendly and welling to clear up my issueI would give Lakeside Collection a out of for customer service!

Unethical tatics buyer beware! I ordered several items some shipped but they came short shipped, run over by something, damaged etcthen two items were back ordered that showed arrival in time for Christmas but we're all the sudden (a week after purchase date) on back ordered! Shipment would now be days late, out of curiosity I placed the order again and again it's not flagged as back ordered and again the shipping date was in time for the holiday, when I sent an email inquiry, their auto reply said I would be responded to in 48hrsdays later I got an oh sorry try these totally differnt items for purchase at an additional cost My account was charged for the back order, shortages and damaged items and they keep telling me it's notWell yes it was! I can read the statement! Horrible company and tactics!

Our product inventory is dynamic and most of our items are in stock, however in cases where products have extremely high demand, we may be awaiting additional stock to fulfill customer ordersIn these cases, we strive to provide an accurate date range as to when we expect to receive our stock from our manufacturer or indicate that there are limited quantitiesUnfortunately, we were unable to obtain additional stock from the manufacturer so the items sold out and therefore we had to cancel a portion of your orderThose that were canceled showed as having limited quantities on the day you placed your order
Of the items that were canceled from your order, I was able to locate the last Entryway BenchI was not able to find the Designer Duster in the zebra choice; however I did find it in the swirl choice and have sent both items to you free of chargeThe doormat is still out of stockPlease accept the bench and duster as our apology for your inconvenienceThe tracking number for these items is # ***
