I contacted the money source in december 2019 asking them; If I could draw more equity out of my home? there response was, I had to pay-off the current mortgage and start the process all over again. Well... If they are going to treat me like brand new customer; whats keeping me from moving on to a new lender?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This does not resolve the Nov/Dec pymts that are still reflecting past due.I'm not questioning the documents I was told verbally as well as on emails, that I have clearly state that November payment does not need to be made Even after the initial emails, I rec'd an approval letter So how is one to clearly state that the only reason I would move forward was to eliminate Nov/Dec pymts, to then be told in Decemberoh make your pymt HAD they stated that up front, I never would have proceeded with a Refi.I was told several times, verballythat I didnt have to pay it This is the problem I have And if it was in the legal paperwork, why are employees aloud to tell you otherwise?Again, I was not in a position to make Nov pymt, had I not been TOLD that on email and on the phone BY A PERSONI would not have proceeded with the refi.They need to rectify the Nov and Dec pyments based on their employees verbal comments! Dont tell consumers pymts are not going to be due, in order to get the refi(bonus)

After review of the complaint, we conducted an internal review of the customer's account with our loan subservicing counterpart, *** ***. When the loan was first transferred to *** *** (who would handle the servicing of the loan), it appears that the pay history we reviewed reflected
two autodraft payments of the same amount, in early January 2015, with only one of the payments applied to the principal loan amount. Once we were made aware by the consumer that the autodraft occurred twice instead of once the previous month, as we hadn't expected, the amount of the second payment was then reversed in *** ***'s system, and the funds were immediately returned to the customer. According to our company records and *** ***'s, which we cross referenced during our investigation of the customer's claim, this autodraft mistake occurred just once, and has not happened again since. The customer's bank information, as per his previous request to *** ***, was already removed from the autodraft program on *** ***'s system, so the problem could not re-occur. The customer has already been reimbursed in full, and we are not aware of any further issue regarding this customer's account. Should any further information be required, please do not hesitate to contact our offices and ask for our General Counsel's office. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we always want to insure the highest level of service for each customer, so their feedback is certainly valuable to us. Dear *** ***,Please be advised that after investigation of this complaint with our loan servicing division, I have confirmed that our loss mitigation manager spoke directly with the borrower this week and resolved his concerns We set the borrower up to make payments in order to help bring
him current again by 10/**/ Our manager further explained that once he is current, he can be set up to make automatic drafts like he had prior to the transfer of the servicing for his loan from ***, our former loan subservicer, to us here at The Money Source, where we now directly service this loan It was indicated to me that the borrower appears to be satisfied with our response and the arrangements made to rectify his issues To this end, we are confident this completes the inquiry and successfully resolves his issue Should you have any further questions to this end, kindly contact our General Counsel at ###-###-####, or via email as he is copied above Thank you!

We have had horrible experience with this companyWe have always paid our mortgage on time and we received a late fee in Dec stating we had a late feeWe called to see why we had a late feeThey said they had not received paymentWe faxed over from our bank statements that fund were taken out of our account and paid to the company After many more phone calls over the next 5-days the issue was resolvedThey said it was in the wrong account number months later same issue, but now they say we have a different loan number which was never spoke of previously and the month before our payment was receivedStill after many phone calls over the last 5-days NOTHING has been resolved*** *** said to call her Saturday after we talked to our bank because they said the money was refunded back to our accountWhich it was NOTMany phone call and voice mails NO RETURN callReceived a new statement and it is the same account number since we startedSo I'm not sure how our payments are getting misplacedAnd why they seem to never be able to help us This situation is getting old IT is affecting our credit score and we HAVE ALWAYS paid on time This has not been resolved and our payment has not be refunded as told or has not been found

My loan from Poli mortgage was transferred for servicing to this companyGot mortgage statement in the mail, set up online payments, and thought everything was all set
However, less than weeks later, got an email from Cenlar limited that I owe them loan payments due within the next weeksNo notice about loan transfer or any other note from the "money source"
Cenlar limited does not know where the loan originated from
Money source letter of transfer only reached me weeks later, long aafter the transfer took place
Very suspicious and unprofessional, not to mention spent minutes trying to get answers from them last week, to no avail
Poor company not to be trusted

Where do I begin? My husband and I are both combat veterans We bought our home under a VA loan, upon closing, the loan was sold to this fine establishment Absolutely zero issues for the first six months Customer service wasn't exceptional, but it was sufficient
My husband is disabled and because of his status he is entitled to property tax exemption We obtained all the proper documentation, got our property tax bills and sent off all the information needed for TMS to conduct an escrow analysis When I sent everything in on the *** of October, 2016, I was told it would take days Understandable I called back on the *** of November to see if there was an update I was told that they needed to extend the analysis because they had been trying to reach the county to verify some information Ok, that's strange seeing as I had spoken with the county earlier and they said that they had not received any messages from any mortgage company about our case Called TMS back, story changed Now, they were just waiting for everything to close and they were expecting it to be completed on the *** of December
I call back on the *** of December and ask for an update The monotone, rude agent I spoke with, Sabrina, I believe was her name, said that it wasn't scheduled for completion until the *** of December I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for a couple of minutes while Sabrina went to "look for a supervisor." To my great surprise, (not really) there were no supervisors available
I have yet to call back to see if my escrow analysis is complete, as I'm sure they will tell me the completion date has been pushed back another week They've pretty much set the tone with this issue that they are incapable of providing a timely, customer service oriented service I cannot wait to refinance so these people don't get any more of my time or money
