The technician Sean called before arriving, showed up on timeHis company truck had plenty of equipment and parts Sean was professional, took time to explain our plumbing issues and discussed possible fixesHe performed the service to exceed our expectations, very impressed I must admit, after hearing bad stories about plumbing companies I was apprehensive, but due to our neighbor recommendation and the care we received, we are sticking with Donley nowThanks!

I've always had an excellent experience with Donley but not this time Would give a C- grade Reuben was my service provider on 10/ I specifically pointed out the back of the house where a flat roof could be accessed and where the AC was located He chose instead to put his ladder at the front of the house and stomp (not walk carefully) back and forth two separate times across my year-old concrete roof tiles When I asked why he chose to not do what I asked since I was concerned about breakage, he said he didn't think of that Secondly, he explained the need for a surge protector Since I am not an electrical or mechanical expert, I had no way of knowing whether this was a good idea but reluctantly bought it which he installed I despise being told I should buy something every time a service person comes to do routine maintenance My plumber does it to me all the time and now Donley has started it I am not a happy camper and thus the C- grade (By the way, I bought an AC from Donley in and another in and was always pleased so this experience was not typical.)

This recent service call by your technician Enes S [redacted] was most remarkable in the way it happened He arrived well within the predicted window He listened to my description of the problem and went to the thermostat to observe the built in diagnostics Thereafter it took him less than five minutes to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem and effect the necessary remedyIn all, it took him less than twenty minutes to complete the cure, from diagnosing to curing the problem Would that all service calls from all the vendors I deal with should be this quick and successful MrS [redacted] is definitely a keeper!

We just had Donley out to handle out a persistent plumbing leak Larry was our technician and he was fantastic! Very professional, extremely friendly, explained everything and took pictures, did not try to upsell or presssure us into anythingCannot speak highly enough of his work! They got the job done quickly and correctlyThere was no extra charge for it being a weekend or in the summerTheir rate was more than reasonable when compared to other companies who have charged us $100s more and one who quoted us 3x more than what we paid

We have been using Donley for over a decade While we have seen interesting advertising and have had telephone solicitations it has never crossed our mind to change services - even if it sounded like saving money Ryan came to our home on the predetermined time He was thoughtful enough to ask questions regarding parking as well as any special needs or requests which might have He explained what the maintenance and repair service call entailed And, on occasion requested permission to move from room to roomVery professional and impressive He even wore coverings for his shoes My wife usually deals with vendors and services but I gained a great deal of respect od Donley by being the point person on this day LVE

called Donley in the morning for a water heater problem they were able to be at my home within an hour They took care of the problem quickly The technician was friendly and knowledgeable

I had a service call on Friday and Brian Pwas the technician I had requested As always he is very courteous and does a good job of letting me know what is wrong and what he recommends to fix the problem He is very careful to leave things neat and clean when he is finished and I highly recommend him to anyone who calls Donley for plumbing service [redacted] Phoenix

I have been using Donley plumbing and heating for years at the business that I work at and also at my home They are on time, they are professional, they care about not disturbing our business customers, each employee is as unobtrusive and thoughtful as possible while efficiently getting their job done The thing that I really am impressed with is they take the extra time to make sure everything is working, safe and clean before the leave They just finished a sewer repair at my house and brought the camera unit out before the work and after the work to make sure that everything was done correctly and that they didn't miss any potential problem in that system Thank you Donley!

I called Donley Service Center to check on our gas hot water heater, as there was no hot water coming from the tap Ryan, came to our house and found the pilot light was not lit He fixed the problem and it remained lit - problem solved He was very pleasant and helpful providing advice to maintain the life of our water heater I would use this company again
