My repairs have been satisfactory in a timely manner

After Donley's service man did a scheduled maintenance check, he recommended $worth of repairs After these "repairs" our heat pump stopped working Donley's on call service man arrived the next day and said our heat pump's compressor now needed to be replaced or perhaps the entire unit needed to be replaced Our heat pump went from operational before Donley's "maintenance" to now at the very least the compressor needs to be replaced or possibly the entire unit needs to be replaced We spent $for Donley's to perform regular maintenance and instead, we have no heat during the next few cold January nights The on call service man said that he talked to his manager but said the manager would call me on Monday and would not talk to me today (Sunday) We have been long time customers of Donley's, but we are very disappointed with their current service

This is a very good reliable company My wife and I have used them to service our home and also my father-in-law's Sean has worked in our house on several occasions and so we know he's very good at what he does In addition, we both like him as a person When Sean, or any Donley employee is on the job, we know the work will be done to the highest standard and done the first time

After reading my review from the prior visit by Donley personnel, one of their representatives contacted me to discuss my issues He addressed my concerns fully, culminating with an additional visit (today) by one of their service representatives to complete a promised task Again, all Donley personnel were very friendly and cooperative and the follwork was accomplished quickly and satisfactorily Kudos to Donley for their concern in making my experience with their service a good one

Great service! My neighbor and I had a plugged drain late on a Saturday afternoon We both independently called plumbers Donley came out right away Attempted to clear the drain with a snake but was unable to clear drain without going on the roof My neighbor's plumber said the same We collectively decided to let my neighbor's plumber go on the roof and finish Walter gave me his cell number in case the other plumber could not fix it The drain was cleared Was extremely pleased with Donley's service!!! And there was NO CHARGE!

This recent service call by your technician Enes S*** was most remarkable in the way it happened He arrived well within the predicted window He listened to my description of the problem and went to the thermostat to observe the built in diagnostics Thereafter it took him less than five minutes to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem and effect the necessary remedyIn all, it took him less than twenty minutes to complete the cure, from diagnosing to curing the problem Would that all service calls from all the vendors I deal with should be this quick and successful MrS*** is definitely a keeper!

Ryan came to out home to do an annual service of the air conditioning unit He was very professional, showed pictures of the unit that is on the roof, and took his time explaining things He was very patient and nice We asked if he could take a look at a blocked sink and he took time to fix the sink, removing the trap, cleaning it and reinstalling
