Great service by very knowledgeable technician A/c maintenance was done to prepare for the year Also, this unit was installed by Donley as well, and I have received comments from an independent insulation contractor stating that it was one of the best quality installations he had ever seen Can't ask for more then that!

I have been a Donley customer for 40+ years I have always received excellent and friendly service from everyone involved with this companyStupidly, I put a lot of old, yucky broccoli in the sink and turned on the disposal - a very big mistake! The stuff wouldn't go down, and my sink filled with smooshed broccoli-water I tried to unclog the pipe and get the disposal to work again - all to no avail I went to bed, figuring that I'd try again in the morningIn the morning, nothing had changed - except that my kitchen floor was covered by a HUGE puddle of water Seeking the source, I discovered broccoli-water in my dishwasher I cleaned up the whole mess, wondering what to do next - after all, it IS SundayWhen I got home after running errands, I broke down and called Donley, fully expecting to be told that no one could help me until tomorrow Quite the contrary - the young lady who answered my call very kindly assured me that she would have someone come to my house tonight Less than an hour later, Brian arrived - he sized up the problem and took care of everything He even cleaned out, and then tested, the dishwasher - so I wouldn't have to worry He was the angel that this distressed old lady needed The money that I paid for this service-call was very, very reasonable I am happy and fortunate to be a Donley Service Center customer
