I schedule my maintenance on line, and choose the window, between noon and 2:pmfirst of all, I did not get a phone call the night before, to confirmed my appointment, in which stated that they doi was home by noon, the day of scheduling, and at 1:pm, I called to find out what was the time frame, and the associate that answered the phone told me they saw me on the schedule but early evening, in which I was not pleasedOf course the associate stated he will contact his supervisor, and made sure that some one will be out within the hourHowever that does not change the outcome, since it still does not answer my questions on there was no call prior and if I did not call , I would still be waiting, this is not fair for the customerThere fore I will put stars in due to the scheduling problem

Tech Ruben was very good on a Labor Day late night call to fix my A/C systemIt was an inconvenient situation for both of us but Ruben was very professional and courteous and completed the work efficientlyI would recommend Donley and Ruben to anyone needing A/C system help
