Donley came out per the maintenance agreement to inspect the furnaces As usual, they were excellent - on time, professional and completed the job

I schedule my maintenance on line, and choose the window, between noon and 2:pmfirst of all, I did not get a phone call the night before, to confirmed my appointment, in which stated that they doi was home by noon, the day of scheduling, and at 1:pm, I called to find out what was the time frame, and the associate that answered the phone told me they saw me on the schedule but early evening, in which I was not pleasedOf course the associate stated he will contact his supervisor, and made sure that some one will be out within the hourHowever that does not change the outcome, since it still does not answer my questions on there was no call prior and if I did not call , I would still be waiting, this is not fair for the customerThere fore I will put stars in due to the scheduling problem

I was very pleased with the service rendered me by Ricardo today He was unable to get the correct replacement for mt toilet on Friday, but said he could get it on Monday and be here in the afternoon when convenient for meHe was waiting for me when I arrived at the specified time with the correct replacement Within a very short time all was repaired and working efficiently Ricardo cleaned up the area very well after the repair He was friendly, efficient, and professional in every way
