We have used Donley for 25+ years, they have always been very helpful in our A/C needs, selling us the best units When we have a problem, they always respond within the day, and many times have the problem fixed within a day or two Their techs are knowledgeable and very courteous Excellent company

Travis M*** (the plumbing technician) from Donley Service was exceptional in providing repair work and service to our home He did work that I had not discussed with the service dispatchHe fixed our plumbing problem to our washer and also our banging pipes Donley Service Center has gained a new customer Very professional and well priced

I was very pleased with the service rendered me by Ricardo today He was unable to get the correct replacement for mt toilet on Friday, but said he could get it on Monday and be here in the afternoon when convenient for meHe was waiting for me when I arrived at the specified time with the correct replacement Within a very short time all was repaired and working efficiently Ricardo cleaned up the area very well after the repair He was friendly, efficient, and professional in every way

After Donley's service man did a scheduled maintenance check, he recommended $worth of repairs After these "repairs" our heat pump stopped working Donley's on call service man arrived the next day and said our heat pump's compressor now needed to be replaced or perhaps the entire unit needed to be replaced Our heat pump went from operational before Donley's "maintenance" to now at the very least the compressor needs to be replaced or possibly the entire unit needs to be replaced We spent $for Donley's to perform regular maintenance and instead, we have no heat during the next few cold January nights The on call service man said that he talked to his manager but said the manager would call me on Monday and would not talk to me today (Sunday) We have been long time customers of Donley's, but we are very disappointed with their current service

Such a nice young man, very personable, very professional Seemed to check everything completely, advised me of the remaining free inspections on our plan and when he could not answer my question re the color cameras used in plumbing, he volunteered to find out and call is there is such a camera available

Two years ago I was referred to Donley by a local roofing company (who did a wonderful job on my home) My older house is starting to show it's age"Ricardo" came out and repaired all (7) of my plumbing problems inside and outside This week (2017) I had Ricardo come back to fix a sink "Juan" came out to fix a swamp cooler (and had to run all over town to find an outdated part) This morning "Mike" was here to educate me on air conditioners and help me make a good decision on replacing my thirty year old unit As a widow, I am always anxious when I need to call servicemen into my home So much so, I have often put off having repairs done As of now, Donley is my "go to" team Their representatives are friendly, experienced, and very knowlegable They carefully explain what needs done, show me the problem, and never try to talk me into spending more than I have to My experience with Donley has been 100% positive - from the receptionist setting up the appointment to the techs cleaning up after the project I trust them in my home - and that means a lot to me
