Donley provides great service and Enes our tech guy is outstanding Enes cares about the work he does and makes sure we get the best out of our A/C units Enes is knowledgeable and friendly and works until the job is done I'm requesting Enes whenever I need work done because I can trust him and I know he provides quality work

We've been using Donley for all our heating, air conditioning, and plumbing service for over years They are very professional; always show up on time, and provide great service to our equipment We've purchased a new A/C unit and evap cooler a few years ago and are very pleased Their customer service is top notchwe highly recommend them

Unfortunately, I think air conditioning service departments have become the new "Used Car Salemen" I have just had my units serviced for the summer and the technician was only interested in padding the service bill by at least $ Suddenly my thermostat was no good even though it was working perfectly the previous day My husband had to follow the technician around showing the man that we didn't need new parts

Called in Sunday night about getting service on Monday, they said they could send someone between noon and pm, that was good for me as the a/c was working on and offThey sent Juan, and that was good, he found the the fan motor was shorting out and called the parts department and they had the motor but closed at 4:and it was 4:at that time, so Juan picked up the part and replaced the old one Tuesday morningEverything good now, thanks Juan
