Very good serviceProblem found and fixed in a short period of time

I've always had an excellent experience with Donley but not this time
Would give a C- grade Reuben was my service provider on 10/ I specifically pointed out the back of the house where a flat roof could
be accessed and where the AC was located He chose instead to put his ladder at the front of the house and stomp (not walk carefully) back and forth two separate times across my year-old concrete roof tiles When I asked why he chose to not do what I asked since I was concerned about breakage, he said he didn't think of that Secondly, he explained the need for a surge protector Since I am not an electrical or mechanical expert, I had no way of knowing whether this was a good idea but reluctantly bought it which he installed I despise being told I
should buy something every time a service person comes to do routine maintenance My plumber does it to me all the time and now Donley has started it I am not a happy camper and thus the C- grade (By the way,
I bought an AC from Donley in and another in and was always pleased so this experience was not typical.)

I had my air conditioning leaking water in the closet and overflowing onto the floorI immediately called Donley and advised them that I had to leave my home in about an hour and there was no one else hereThey contacted one of their service personnel who was on lunch break and he arrived in minutes and fixed the problem in time for me to get to my meetingThank you Donley! And there was no charge because I had had maintenance just over months ago

First furnace and AC business that I've had experience with in the east valley who did what they said they'd do at the quoted price without selling unneeded add-onsThank you

I had Steven come out and do a check up on my A/C unit for the summer He was very polite, explained what was coming up for replacement (thermostat) I appreciated it very much plus he talked about things I could do to increase my A/C's lifespan

My air conditioner went out late Saturday night, July 1stA technician with Donkey Service Center, was scheduled to repair my air condition on Sunday morningRuben was on time and was very courteous and knowledgeableHe was patient in answering my many questions and was very specific with cost of repairs before doing them I received an invoice of repairs and cost through email immediately after he left and it matched his oral quote I will continue to do,business with Donley

After an extremely hot weekend to start the summer I thought I'd have to wait a week to get my A/C serviced but Donley got me in the next day Jacob M*** was our technician who has done work for us before and he is very experienced and you know he'll always give you a fair and honest diagnosis of your systemHe is big asset for Donely I would recommend Donely to anyone they are a pleasure to deal with
