Our air conditioner was not blowing cold air I called Donley and the very nice call scheduler sent a tech to our house the same day Fred diagnosed the problem and showed me what needed to be replaced The parts were stocked on the truck and instillation took about minutes We have nice cool rooms again Thank you, Fred and Donley

Such a great experience with Donley Service Center and Sammy the technician who came out Needed A/C units evaluated, one wasn't working at all and we thought it may need to be replacedTurned out there was an ant nest inside! Sammy removed it and the unit started working againWe were afraid it would cost $1,000s of dollars, but turned out to be just a few hundred for some Freon and valves Such a relief

After reading my review from the prior visit by Donley personnel, one of their representatives contacted me to discuss my issues He addressed my concerns fully, culminating with an additional visit (today) by one of their service representatives to complete a promised task Again, all Donley personnel were very friendly and cooperative and the follwork was accomplished quickly and satisfactorily Kudos to Donley for their concern in making my experience with their service a good one

This is a very good reliable company My wife and I have used them to service our home and also my father-in-law's Sean has worked in our house on several occasions and so we know he's very good at what he does In addition, we both like him as a person When Sean, or any Donley employee is on the job, we know the work will be done to the highest standard and done the first time
