Product does not work as advertised.

I ordered 2 of Umbra Supply's Electrical Power Reducers. I received them but they never saved me
one cent of power. They are duds, and the company is full of duds, crooks, thieves and robbers.
And they would not refund my money--just under $60. How can Revdex.com continue to allow them to
rip off the public? I thought that was Revdex.com's job to protect us from such crooks. Revdex.com, what is your
duty, or did you go to sleep? (Do you know where thieves, crooks, robbers go when they die?
I'll give you one guess--hint: a four letter word. The devil loves those people!) Oz E in VA.

Company advertised that the product would reduce the electricity power bill. After receiving the product, I discussed with an electrician online about this product. He explicitly said that this product nor any other product could do this. This is false advertising from the seller of the product. It was called the Okowatt Energy Saver when ordered online. The charge on my visa bill was made by The Umbra Supply--the provider of the product.

I was charged with 479 dollars in January for thirty units we talked and sent the product back for a refund they agreed it was receivd on april 11 and I still havent got my. Money

I ordered 3 okawatt energy savers @ $33.33 apiece from them; instead they put a message up "Thank you for your order, your total amount due is $479.76 for 20 okawatt energy savers. I did not click on 20 for the number ordered, I clicked on 3. As soon as I found an 800 number to call, I did but got no answer. I finally filed a "dispute" with my *** Credit Card for the $479.76 charge, but agreed to pay $100.00 for the three that I did try to order; thus my disputed amount became $379.76. The *** dispute resolution team questioned Umbra Supply and they falsely reported that it was a legitimate order (their word against mine) and that the order had been placed on-line. Secondly, Umbra said I'd receive the order would be delivered to my address by March 19, 2020 after falsely saying I'd ordered 20 okawatt units on February 6, 2020, which did not happen. In the meanwhile, I'd read on Revdex.com all the complaints filed on The Umbra Supply of Cheyenne, WY and that they were a "SCAM" operation. I then immediately called ***, Dispute Resolution dept and they agreed to me disputing the $ 100.00 charge as well. In fact, a few days later, I got a credit of $ 100.00 on my *** account, but they restated that I owed $ 379.76, the remainder of the scam amount. The package finally arrived on March 27, 2020, and since I'd already been credited for the $ 100.00, I returned the entire 20 units in the beat up box it arrived in. I've been fighting this charge of $ 379.76 ever since.

On 6-23-20 I paid $79.96 for 2 OkoWatt Energy Savors and never received them.

I have upper respiratory COPD and my living space has to relativly cool, but the monthly electrical bill is overwhelming. I am elderly 83, on Social security and my bill has been from 60$ to 100 since the Covid 19 hit and all of us have been home bound. This device would lower the cost of the electricity I need to run my ventilator and oxygen tank..and air conditioning...

I ordered 3 okowatt devices on June 27, 2020. After my order I immediately realized after speaking to my husband that this was a scam. Tried calling the number on the order form and it was disconnected. My only resource then was to e-mail. 4 e-mails were sent, I received replies to each that a customer service agent would be in touch, however No response. I just received this order on Aug. 1, 2020. I wish to recover $79.96 from Umbra Supply with a information of a credit to my card.

after waiting over a month and not receiving my purchase I notified the company by e mail 3 times to cancel the order and refund my money via credit card.Their phone has been shut off and no way to get hold of them.After almost 2 months the purchase arrived anyway and I sent it back the next day after realizing it was most likely a scam item anyway.Please help me retrieve my 59.95

Do not buy from this company!!! This is a total scam. Received the items after cancelling the order, mailed them back and they refuse to refund my purchase price and *** which is my credit card bank. I stopped payment with then sided with the merchant and reversed the charge and put it back on my charge noting I didn't give enough proof of the transaction and the return which was done with *** tracking they felt was not enough proof for them. Lesson learned out $59.97 and to top that off the credit card company says if I don't pay for something I don;t have they will report my card for non payment to the 3 credit bureau's.

Bought 2 for $60. Tried every month against electric bill and the eco watt is a scam. It does NOT work. No reduction in electric cost due to this piece of plastic. How to get a refund. Many phone #s. None working. Why can they still sell this on line? Why can’t they be shut down?

I ordered an advertised product and have not received the item
On June 22 they charged my credit card for 59.97 and have not responded to many emails or calls . They showed tracking on the product on the 17 th of July and still no item . I want a full refund

l ordered 2 Oko watt energy savers for a price of $59.97. I never received the product, however got charged for it on my credit card. After searching on the internet l see many people have had the same problem. l think this company is a scam. l want a full refund.

This company Umbra supply advertises electricity savings device. But it is only a crap. It never works. They should stop advertising this crap on the internet to deceive people. This is a warning. Do not get trapped by this

I ordered a ÖkoWatt energy from Umbra Supply back in May never recieved it as of yet and have not found a phone # I believe it to be a scam I see where a lot of people have also gone through the same thing I want a refund something should be done about this!!

I purchased 3 plug devices , stating that they would and could decrease my electric bill by half....Well, electric bill is larger than before. has not done a single thing......I ordered Jan 13,2020 , received on 1-31-2020. Used 3 months before I contacted them wanting refund for misuse of advertising and faullty merchandise

They won’t deliver my order for two plug in energy saving devices worth $59.99 and won’t return my messages ,fax’s , phone calls ,and never answer phone calls. Only get a recorded which they never respond to. I placed order over two months ago and paid thru credit card.
