The Umbra Supply

Ordered 2 OkaWatt Enegy Savers with the 3rd one being free. Have not received the product so cancaled the order but have not been able to talk to anyone as they sy all angents are busy anfd to leave phone number and email which I have done every time I have called. Have called my credit card company and they will also check it out. I don't want anyone else fall for this. I saw thw add on facebook.

I received an advertising e-mail for a digital plug in device that was designed by an engineer and supposed to reduce your electrical KWH usage (which seemed to be to good to be true) and electric bill.
I ordered these (2) plug in devices on 6/22/2020 from Umbra Supply ***3 for 79.96 on my *** Bank,*** Credit Card. I didn't receive a Confirmation and became suspicious,so I waited till the charge posted to my *** Credit Card with their telephone number. I've called numerous times without ever communicating with a live person, only tbe told to leave my phone number and someone would return my call. Needless to say,no one returned my call.I finally contacted my *** BanK, *** Credit Card to Dispute the charge.

My Issue is with Umbra Supply Company.

On 7/3/2020 I ordered 2 Units of a product called OKOWatt Energy Saver totaling $59.97.
I have not received my product. I see that it looks like I have been scammed.
Do I have any recourse?

Purchased electric bill saving device on June 5 have not received $80 purchase

I ordered 2 energy savtng devices the first of June,They took$59.97 out of my checking at the time I ordered them,I have not received them yet,beenover a month,I've tried to contact them every way I can,I get no response . The order #is *** and the tracking # is***.Please help.

they do NOT work, got in april

can not find a way to contact the company ANYWHERE

and when I did find a number it was not working

I ordered the product June 27, 2020 and still have not received the product. My order #***. I have called their # and it rings busy constantly, I have sent them countless emails and they will not respond! I want a credit!!!!!! They are scam artists!

I purchased 2 of their product (Okowatt energy saver) for $59.97 back on June 4th and have still have not received it. Nor did they send me a refund.

Ordered Okowatt from this company on June 20,2020 and have never received the items. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the customer service number.

Shipment never received and they say it was shipped, but no tracking number

I Paid this company for product and they have not shipped my product.

I ordered a product from this company Umbra supply . The product is called okowatt an electricity saving box . They never answer the phone and the phone number you have showing is reversed . The phone number is *** . The product was ordered June 12th , and it is now over a month July 13th . I found some reviews of same complaints , and if product is received it is useless , and coming from China . FCC

I read reviews after my order and called and emailed Umbra 5 minutes after
placing the order. I asked them to cancel the order. I am not sure the email
works. They never contacted me back and I received 2 electricity saving
devices about a month later. It seems like a scam and my electricity-savy
friend says this would not work. I am filing a dispute with *** and want
my money back. They should not be allowed to advertise their scam.

I purchased an energy saving device and was trying to track shipment and all attempts to contact the company do not work. Bogus email, etc

I payed 59.00 for electric lament its been 45 days can not get a hold of any one with phone or email

I ordered a device to save electricity I then cancelled the order as fast as I placed it. Company
ignored my three voice mails. I told them not to process order and if they did issue me a refund.
I sent them several e mails asking for a refund. company e mailed me and said product is shipped
from various locations and ignored my refund request. they charged my credit card and ignored my
cancellation request.

I ordered energy saving devices from the company and when they arrived I discovered they were not German products as I thought, but came from China. I attempted to look at the Umbra Supply website and couldn't find anywhere to refund or even try contacting them. The website either won't open. I paid $60 for these and they were not the products that I was expecting to receive. Not being able to contact the company for a return/refund does not sit right with me.

Order #*** for $79.96 processed 6/13/2020. Credit card charged, order still not shipped as of 7/2/2020. Until today I have been able to access the company website, am now unable to access website to check order status.

When you try to contact these people there is no answer. Try to email but page is blank. No way to contact anyone. Took money from *** debit card.
