Ordered 2 Okowatt electronic devices & $59.97 was billed out to ***-Cards on 5/25/2020. These items were never received. I've called their # *** several times, only get music, then after several minutes a message comes on "No customer service is available at his time."

On 15 May, 2020, I received an advertisement via the internet introducing an electric device designed to help conserve energy. It was advertised as an "Okowatt" device. I checked the web for verification that the company was legitimate and the device was real. I placed an order for two units and submitted a payment of $79.96 from my Credit Union account. The payment was confirmed to have been sent on the same day. I received an e-mail response from Umbra Supply confirming placement of, and payment for my order. I waited 14 days before writing to Umbra Supply Customer Support to ask why the items had not been delivered. I received a Text message on my cell phone on 05 June advising my "package with CJ Packet (was) now in transit". Clearly, they had my phone number on record. On 10 June I sent another e-mail request to Customer Support advising the items had still not arrived. On 12 June I received another text message via phone that my order had been shipped and was "out for delivery". On 17 June I sent another request to Customer Support advising the items had still not arrived and requesting a full refund. I received an immediate reply stating my request had been received. The reply also claimed that it could take up to 21 days for some items to be delivered. Since that ship had sailed I again requested a full refund. On 01 July I sent another e-mail request demanding a refund. I have attempted to find other means of communicating with the Umbra Supply company, including an effort to connect with the umbrasupply.com URL only to find the "umbrasupply.com’s server IP address could not be found". I have called the Customer Service Number provided ***) four times in the last four days and left voice messages requesting call back. I Have not heard form them and believe it is time to see if The Revdex.com can be of any assistance.

Ordered ECO WATT plug in a month ago through Shopify company. I paid $59 dollars and have never received a thing. This product is through the Umbra Supply company. My Order number is #***. I approached the *** customer help telephone line the person on the other end knew nothing, could not find my address, email, order number and nothing under my name. When I asked for someone with my authority or knowledge they hung up on me. Calling Umbra Supply the phone is busy everytime. Emailing them just produces a form letter saying reasons for delay. At this time I would love to get a refund if possible. If you need a copy of my invoice I can provide it.

I made a purchase on 05 JUN 2020 from a web site called *** for 2 items at a price of $59.97, paid by credit card. After about 2 weeks with no delivery I contacted the supplier called Umbrasupply.com and asked to cancel the order. On 23 JUN 2020 I received a text message from this *** supply stating that my items were on the way. Today, 03 JUL 2020 I have still not received my purchase. When I try to contact the web site I get message that the site cannot be contacted, the server is not active. A call to the toll free number (***) only results in a recording about emergency fire, etc. and completely unrelated info an then hangs up. I believe this is a completely fraudulent operation and believe I should be at least refunded my purchase amount. Any information or help you can provide will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Ordered goods from Umbra Supply. Have received NOTHING. Ship tracking says items still in China. Have requested cancellation and refund GOT NOTHING

I placed an order with the Umbra Supply for two of their "electric meter cost reducers" (my terminology, I don't remember what they were called) this order was placed before 6/18/2020. I have not heard one word back from them with any information regarding shipment, etc..
On June 12, they took payment from my credit card. (It was processed to my credit card) I have not been able to contact them, and their website seems to have disappeared or gone down.
After ordering this product, trying to contact them to find out when it would ship, I came across many complaints for this vendor, and it has made me worry about my credit information and the charges to my card, and if I will get this at all2

Product advertised that it would enhance the wi-fi within your home and save money on electricity. It hasn't done either of these things. I tried to go to their website to return it and get a refund, but found the web site can't be found. Now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work as described and can't return it.

Like many others, I ordered a product from this company. Never received it, it never shipped. I've made several attempts to get ahold of someone via phone and email with no response. And now their website is mysteriously missing

Ordered an item from this company on 6/2/2020 for $44.93 and have not received the item. After reading reviews on your site, I now see that the item I ordered is a scam.

On May 18, 2020 I ordered an energy saving device from an ad I saw on ***. I ordered three devices for $79.96. I was charged on May 19, 2020. As of today, I have not received the devices. I have contacted them several times by email but receive a form letter response every time. I have not called them two times but I am told to leave my name, phone number and email address and they will return my call. That has not happened. We are on fixed income and would like to have a refund if we are not going to receive the device. Please help.

I ordered 3 Okowatt energy savers from Umbra Supply on June 3. Cost $79.96. Not received. I complained to the company and received an email about shipping delays and a site to track shipment of the product. The tracking program shows the product started in New Jersey, went to ***, was sent to Hong Kong then to other parts of China. Email responses are delayed for weeks. No legitimate help is provided. I think the product is a scam

Never received my order, they do not respond to emails, and now their website is mysteriously missing...

This company does not exisit! They don"t have a IP address.It"s just a Big Scam! There should be some way to find out where your money is going.It"s somewhere in China.

I made the purchase online on May 27,2020. It was charged to my credit card. I have made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and through their website. The phone number I called has a message saying the line is busy call back later. On the website all I get is a tracking number that says in transit. It has been over 30 days and I don’t have my purchase. I have requested them to contact me twice.

On June 10th I was on *** where I saw an advertisement for the Eco Tec complete with video of the thing working. I ordered some (Order #***) On the 11th of June they took $79.96 out of my bank account and sent me a receipt. It is almost a month later and I have not heard anything from them. I try to get on their website and it is closed. Upon further investigation there are about 186 complaints against the company. I guess I will never again order anything off of ***. Any help will be appreciated as I am on a fixed income! Thanks

they sell a device that says it will cut electric cost but it never came they give you a tracking # and it goes to a tracking page that does not work , each time I write them in this matter I get a form letter telling me that sue to lack of personal they shipments are sometimes delay and it should take 21 days,, well 2 months is more then 21 day and they wont return calls and again they send a form letter in reply to my emails . they rip people off and should be put out of service a they are nothing but Rip off artist

I ordered last month and nothing. They got my $45 but I didn't get my product. Now I can't even reach the website. I think they just took my money and run. Nothing but thieves. Only gave one star because I had to.

Don't trust this company. They never ship the product. They a number 1 ripoff. AVOID!

Ordered 6/09 2- energy saver plug ins. Trackin# not reporting. All other attempts to reach Umber are met with a "website not available at this time"

I ordered a second OKumbra to help save money on 5/29/2020 AND as of 6/30/2020 have not received it yet
