Umbra Supply a rip off. Used two units and my electric bill was higher after use. I was given a return address in New Mexico for my return. Hope I get my money back, if not what can I do legally?

After receiving numerous advertisements from the Umbra Co. I decided to order 2 electrical savings boxes for $49.99. I ONLY ordered them because they had a money back guarantee. Well...IT'S A BIG SCAM!. Those boxes do NOT work, if anything, my electric bill went UP! I want my money back but can't get ahold of anyone. Please help.

Placed an order online june 3rd 2020. I never recieved the product have made several attemtps to reach them by phone. Never get through to anyone. I paid 59.93 .I would like to have my money back.

I purchased three electric consumes saving units .it was taking a month for delivery so I told them to cancel my order # *** and stop the delivery but the item came which I returned with their authorization to return shipment label and it has been 2 months I have not received the amount $78.98. Their *** is receiving all my communication but no refund. The Email for Kim is ..***. HELP ...

Horrible company, thinking crooked, not legit, no one to answers the phone, bad products, do not work, will never recommend to anyone, this company should be checked out.

In May of this year, I received numerous e-mails concerning a revolutionary new product which would reduce our home electric bill by a substantial amount. Since we receive regular notices from ***, stating we use more than 'average' customers use, I am willing to do anything to lower the bill. The company, unbeknownst to me, was in Wyoming.

Pursuant to New York State Law, a business is not allowed to bill a credit card for a product until said product is shipped. However, my credit card was billed IMMEDIATELY. To make matters worse, the company does not allow voice-to-voice communications, instead placing calls on perma-hold... As far as I can tell, the product was NEVER SHIPPED and NEVER ARRIVED. I feel that I cannot trust them, or their product, period!!!

The product I ordered and received is defective and doesn't work at all. I returned the damaged item to Umbra with the return label they provided on April 17, 2020. As of this date, the item sits in the Albuquerque, NM post office. I have made several attempts, through email and phone, to have this item replaced, or have my money refunded. As of this date, June 19, 2020, I have not received a replacement, or a refund.

I ordered 1 Oko Watt from The Umbra Supply on May 23, 2020, paid with my credit card, received a confirmation email acknowledging my order and stating that I would be sent another email to notify me the item had been shipped to me. I never received any notice or any shipped merchandise or any offer of refund due to any unavailability of the product.

I purchased 2 ÖkoWatt Energy Savers for $59.97
On May 26,2020. I have not received the products. I've emailed the company twice to no avail.
I've attempted to call, immediately receive busy signal.

I paid by credit card and I have no product or way to get in touch with them for 3 weeks. I think this is a scam.

Avoid this scammer! Junk Chinese prod's & no warranty! Terrible cust. service & poor response. I made a huge mistake buying from this criminal activity, shame on me, but they need to be exposed and shut down. W

I ordered their product over 30 days ago and have not received anything and out of 6 emails they only answered one to say that they would get back to me and they never did! I have asked for a refund since they have not answered my emails about where is my order and I got no response again.

I have not received anything and they have not answered my emails. It has been 5 weeks.

I responded to an online advertisement by The Umbra Supply for an 'OkaWatt Energy Saver'. )n 05/04/2020 I ordered 3 devices with a total cost of $79.76. I supplied credit card information as requested. 27 days later I received the items. I followed instructions on how to connect the devices and got no results. I repeated the procedure with each of the three devices and each time got the same result. I took the items to a local electrician who tested each device according to the instructions. He stated, "You've been had. These things don't do anything but draw current." I could not locate a phone number for The Umbra Supply. I sent emails but only response I received was 'no exchanges or returns. All sales final.

Umbra Supply is criminal. Ordered the energy-saving plug-in machine. Early the next morning, I cancelled the order because a master electrician told me it was not physically possible for the thing to work. A complete rip-off. Sure, weeks and weeks without a reply. Received two form letters to which I replied, but was ignored.
Months later, I did get a personal reply informing me that, unfortunately, the package already shipped, even though they had more than enough time to stop it, but chose not to. I was also informed that they off no refunds or exchanges.
So, they shipped the item when they knew they shouldn't so they could hide behind their "all sales final" doctrine.
Criminal. Should face many fines. I put down one star, as I can't send the review with zero. They deserve fifteen negative stars.

I placed an online order with this company on March 14, 2020 and immediately decided I did not want to proceed with the order (after reading some negative reviews after the fact). I was unable to call to cancel the order, as there was no phone number indicated on the website. I sent an e-mail requesting cancellation of the order, and instructed the company to not charge my credit card. They charged my card immediately, and ignored my request for cancellation. I attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but Umbra Supply sent them their no refund policy. They make it impossible for you to cancel an order. I have since located a phone number for them, but no one answers the phone.

Look out. I was fooled into this scam. Takes your money the first day you order and doesn’t ship product. I guess it’s true...A FOOL AND HIS MONEY WILL SOON BE PARTED !

This company took months before sending the product. I purchased 2 ÖkoWatt Energy Savers for $59.97 on April 17 and the next day asked to cancel the order. Their order confirmation was sent on April 18 that it was ready to be shipped and would notify me when it had been sent. I continued to email to cancel the order where they only provided a statement of thanking me for contacting them - they will get back to me as soon as possible saying to allow 1-2 business days to receive a response. They didn't respond until June 2 my response had been updated and June 3 their Kim Berly of Customer Support said they were sorry for the delay due to "loads of orders even after the holiday season" meaning Christmas? They stated that Umbra Supply currently does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds - all sales final - though I tried to stop this order the very next day back in mid April 2020. I felt this company and their product is a scam and hopefully this complaint will warn others.
