Ordered their product and was charged for item but it has never been shipped

I am a member of the ***. In one of their email ads they advertised Okowatt Energy Savers from The Umbra Supply Company. I purchased three with a credit card which was charged on the same day but not shipped. Next calendar month still not shipped. Now they are hiding behind Covid 19 on their website. I thought being advertised on *** it was legit. Found out later they are an Italian company ripping off thousands of Americans. Call them they never answer. Leave a message they never get back. Send them an email & you received a computer generated generic form that never addresses your concerns. People were getting ripped off way before coronvirus. Most legit businesses will not charge your card before shipping

I purchased and paid for 2 ÖkoWatt Energy Savers
on February 14, 2020. I have not received them. I notice that their "tracking system" continues to show that my order seems to rotate between Memphis, Jacksonville, and Jersey City. I am convinced that I will never receive my order and that the tracking website is just another one of their websites to make people think their order has been shipped. I do think that this is false or fake tracking system. It does not take 2 1/2 months to get a package delivered.

Don't waste your money......Umbra is not what they claim to be. NO response after numerous calls and emails, product never showed up, form letter response from company each time AND still no response.

ON 05/23/20, I DID ORDER/PREPAY FOR SIX (6) OKOWATT ENERGY SAVER UNITS. AND, THIS PURCHASE WAS MADE THRU A ONLINE THIRD MARKETING PARTY, *** (***).

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT, *** WAS THE ONLINE MARKETING AGENT, REPRESENTING THE UMBRA SUPPLY (***).

NOTE, I PREPAID ONE-HUNDRED-SEVENTY-THREE-DOLLARS-AND-NINETY-TWO-CENTS (USD 173.92) FOR SAID PURCHASE.

ON 05/25/20, I DID CHECK THE Revdex.com WEBSITE AS TO LEGITIMACY OF UMBRA SUPPLY, LOCATED AT ***, ***; (***); phone: ***].

WHEREUPON, I DID DISCOVER THE FOLLOWING: 1) UMBRA SUPPLY IS NOT Revdex.com ACCREDITED; AND, 2 UMBRA SUPPLY LISTS APPROXIMATELY TWENTY UNRESOLVED CONSUMER COMPLAINTS; AND, 3) AFORESAID CONSUMER COMPLAINTS ALLEGE CONSUMER FRAUD; AND, 4) UNKNOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE CONTACT NOR MANAGEMENT/OWNERS PROFILES.

MULTIPLE CREDIBLE SOURCES CLAIM OKOWATT ENERGY SAVER UNITS ARE SIMPLY WORTHLESS SHINY PLASTIC BOXES WHICH ARE DESIGNED AND MARKETED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAUDING TRUSTING AND GULLIBLE CONSUMERS.

CAN YOU PLEASE COUNSEL ME AS TO WHAT SPECIFIC CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCIES (E.G., ***, ***, ***) WILL HELP IN THE ARREST OF THESE SCAMMERS WHO PREY ON DISABLED SENIOR HISPANIC CONSUMERS, SUCH AS MYSELF?

purchased 2 electricity saving spike buster units 1 unit quit working less than 30 days , have sent the company several emails about this issue with absolutely NO response.

No star. I paid $59.97 for two Electricity-Saving boxes from Umbra Supply. They claim you can save 90% on your electric bill. Of course, I didn't believe that but I figured if I just saved 5 or 10% it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I didn't search for reviews until after I received the devices. The reason was I emailed them and asked them if these devices were safe and they never responded. So, I decided not to install them and that's when I started searching for reviews. All the reviews were negative and most of them were from master electricians. They stated that these devices were useless and didn't do anything to reduce your energy usage. Several just said that it was an outright scam. I also found the same devices for $5.00 on the internet. I emailed Umbra Supply again and requested a refund. After a week they finally emailed me back and advised that all sales are final and they don't refund any purchases and if you return the items, they will refuse them.

I order from THE UMBRA SUPPLY Okowatt energy saver on May 4 2020, called them on May 5, 2020 and ask that order be canceled left message to cancel order #*** was order by others in error. called my credit card bank and told them not to pay but this company had already billed on May 4, 2020 so my bank was going to handle this problem. Today got email that order was shipped on May 19, 2020 and I call there number and was told that order was shipped from CHINA and would about 30 dars to my address I told Margret in customer service that I had sent four emails since May 5, 2020 and left messages on their toll free number since cancel date of May 5, 2020. I cant understand their custom service operation This company may be a SCAM operation .I only want my money credit to my credit card they billed me $79.96 TOTAL. How can this happen when I ordered MAY 4, 2020 and left them voice message to cancel on MAY 5,2020 and SENT THEM FOUR EMAILS TO CANCEL since MAY 5, 2020. HOW CAN A COMPANY LAST BY TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS THAT CANCEL THE NEXT DAY OF ORDERING ???

I order a product in April ook watt order #*** I have not receive my order yet,but umbra supply got paid on April 14th where is my product this is fraud.All I want is my productor my money back

They are rip-off. They take your money,
but never send the item. When you try to send them a text complaining, they send the same
standard text back. Incidentally they are still
waiting for *** tho pick up the order.
I am not out a lot of money only $12.00.
Then they have the nerve to send me an e-mail inviting me to order again? The gaul
of these people.

This is not a real energy saver. I had an electrician look at it. They open up the box and find a battery that only operates 2 green LED lights... nothing else in the box that would save you anything . So 2 months keeping it plugged in. did nothing. It is a fake. Once you place the order and they debit your card... you will never get hold of them ever again.

I ordered a device to lower my electric bills called Okowatt on line on 4/13/2020 for $44.93. On 4/24 I received an email saying that the order had been shipped. However the only thing that has happened was a shipping label was created. The company does not respond to emails, chat contacts or answer the phone. I want the order cancelled and my money returned.

on April 14 I put in an order for an energy saving device for 39.99 with shipping the total is $44.93. I received an order confirmation and then on April 23 I received a shipping confirmation. I waited and waited and checked the number and nothing has moved so I got tired of waiting and told him I wanted a refund. No one has returned my repeated emails for my request for a refund. They have taken my money and I’m getting no product I am finished with this company and want my money back I expect a refund of $44.93

My order # ***, to this Co. As soon as we ordered it, we looked it up, found out is was a SCAM PRODUCT, so I went to bank to cancel after the Co. would not answer the phone, (Keeps saying too busy)
I emailed 5 times in 2 days, NOTHING from them, so again, we know it's a scam. I just wanted to cancel the order, get my money and be done with them, I need to feed my KIDS!!!

The next day after I ordered a ***, I received a rather large unexpected medical bill. Since I'm retired and only have social security as income, I immediately tried to cancel my order for this item so I would have enough $$ to pay my medical bill. I was unable to talk to anyone, chat online with anyone. So, I emailed and explained I wanted to cancel the order before*** it shipped due to the afore-mentioned money shortage problem. There was never any response. Some weeks later, I received a text message from the company telling me the item was being shipped. I responded to it asking (again) to stop the shipment and credit my card. No response to this auto-text either. No communication. Nothing. Today, I received the item in the mail. It has been several weeks. I was unable to pay my medical bill and will now have a late payment fee for it because this stupid company would not talk to me. While trying to return the item, I discovered it was non-returnable. In other words, just a BIG SCAM. This company needs to be put out of business. As I look around and search "oko watt scam" on the Internet I can see they are doing the same thing over and over again. Isn't the point of the Revdex.com, to stop this sort of thing? So why are you not doing something?

quite awhile ago I ordered a Oko Watt energy saver from the Umbra Supply Company. I used my credit card. the total was about $40. I never received the product, and I am still waiting. they are ignoring my emails, and when I did got ahold of someone, the order number they give me was invalid. many excuses that they were having problems and my shipment was on its way. NOT TRUE!!!!

November 19th 2019 I ordered a *** device. I am still waiting. I asked for my money back, and was told “all sales are final”. My complaint is, I never received their product. I don’t feel there was a sale made so how can it be final. They are now sending emails to buy more stuff and emails to confirm my address. I keep correcting them and they keep emailing me back with the wrong mailing address. I’m never going to get this device.

Ordered products from this supplier totalling 59.97 on January 19th, 2020.
Have not received the product as of yet nor any information regarding a delay in shipping. My credit card was charged immediately and unbeknownst to me they have a no refund policy. I would like the order cancelled and a refund issued to my credit account seeing as the order has not been fulfilled. I have seen multiple reports on social media regarding this business as being a scam, though I see no claims against it when performing a search of your database.

On January 21, 2020, I Ordered a 2 pack *** power saver at $59 plus shipping and taxes. Called the phone provided, out rings once the goes to busy signal. Money was taken off my card. Order had a 7-10 delivery. I got curious about my order and can not make contact. Then I find reviews of the company and they are garbage.
Not sure what you can do. But if this company is scamming and I think they are, please shut them down! It would be nice to get my money back. Thou I won't hold my breath.
