debt and a payment plan was set up to resolve the remaining balance.  As long as [redacted] complies with that payment plan, nothing will be sent to a third party collection agency.

We have numerous members with similar names.  We would need a date of birth to narrow down our search.

[redacted] signed up for a 12 month membership agreement on 8/17/16.  [redacted] also purchased a 6 month personal training package in the amount of $3,090.00. [redacted] asked to prepay his account. [redacted] made a payment on his account in the amount of $3,090.00. [redacted] thought he was paying for his personal...

training as well as his monthly dues. The amount of $3,090.00 was sufficient to cover his personal training, but not his monthly dues. Each month his monthly dues, as well as his personal training package, was being deducted from the credit on his account. In the month of March when he no longer had a credit on his account, he was charged his monthly dues, and his last personal training installment, on the credit card on file. [redacted] called 3/15/17, and was explained that the charges on his credit card, and what they were for. [redacted] was upset, and asked that [redacted] call him back. [redacted] was called on 3/20/17, we were able to resolve his complaint. His account will be credited one month dues in the amount of $72.97. [redacted] was satisfied, and in our last conversation he said he felt content with the resolution.

The [redacted] is unable to locate a current or past membership under the name of [redacted].  Could it have been under a different name?
