I am rejecting this response because:I was told that I picked my refund up and that is not the caseI was told that the money was picked up by me in ***I have never been to ***I dont understand how I cancel the transfer and am told I can pick the money up anyplace in ***,but the money is picked up in ***How was the money paid according to Western Union Policies when I didnt get the moneyHow is showing my the signature that you clak is mine against Western Union Privacy Policies .I never got my refundIn your response you suggested I contact my local police, but according to Western Union the money was picked up in *** my local police can't help me the fraud want committed locally.I can't even call the *** police and seek their assistance because Western union won't provide me with the pick up location

Thank you for your follow upThe company's response was not at all satisfactory in terms of acknowledging the issue and what the company was willing to do to completely resolve the matterThe fee was still charged after the transaction did not go through, and I had to assess another set of fees to re-send the money
Customer service issue was not addressed at all but at this point, it seems like the service was of the reflection of the company's management
Thanks again for your time and I always appreciate that your office is willing to listen to consumers that get jipped on transactions like this
