I am rejecting this response because:I signed onto my account and tried to add a new contact. I selected the country of Honduras. There were only spaces for me to enter a first name and two last names. Therefore, there is no way for me to enter the middle name, that is required for pick up based on the names on the Honduran national id.The issue of letters being randomly removed from the first name was not addressed in the response from Western Union. I am unable to test if letters are removed from the first name in the system in Honduras, until some is denied the ability to pick up a money transfer from me. I describe this again. If I put a first and middle name in the first name space that is characters, only characters can be viewed by the financial institution in Honduras, causing the person's national id of names to not match the Western Union computer system.

I am rejecting this response because: When the money order was taking out of the rent despoit box it had not been cashI informed western along with a copy of the police report to put a stop payment on itThey informed that I had to wait until it was cashWestern Union could have prevent this whole ordeal just by putting a stop payment on the money instead of making me wait over a year this is poor customer serviceI hold Western Union and the bank equal responsible because western union gave permission for it to be cash and the bank allowed it to be cash in its alter state.
