Dear Ms. [redacted], This is in response to the rebuttal to a complaint you filed with the Revdex.com. Please be advised that we were able to locate the issue you state in your complaint. We currently have our Digital Team working on having the middle name option available on our online contact field. Once we receive confirmation that this error has been fixed we will contact you directly. Furthermore, our records indicate that all money transfers listed in your transaction history, have been paid to the expected receivers; hence please provide examples (e.g. MTCNs, name and address of the agent locations) of transactions whose sender's first name did not show two random letters at the time of payout so we can further investigate this matter. Western Union apologizes that you found difficulty using this service. We regret any inconvenience this matter may have caused. We made the appropriate corrections and your May 23, 2017 refund in the amount of $811.00 was processed under a new Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) ending in [redacted]. Our records show that you have since collected these funds. We value your business and sincerely regret any inconvenience you experienced as a result. We have generated a $60.00 Western Union Good Will Concession for the inconvenience we have caused you. This good will concession also covers the service fees of the original transaction. I am rejecting this response because: while they have asked for a bank statements which I will be providing them they have already attempted to blame the bank once for this issue instead of accepting that they processed the payment through multiple times and my bank per my request reversed charges that were given because of their processing system the fees that were incurred were those to stop the payment from happening again and one check fee those are what I'm requesting. It's taken over a month for them to respond with a request for the bank statement. This is in my opinion as someone who works in the retail industry horrible customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:
western Union advised me via mail and verbally that I will have a response within 90-120 days. We are way over the 120 days as I submitted all documents in November of 2016. Western union seems to lie to the customer and reply only when a compliant has been sumbitted and even then there is no straight forward response. What is Western Union doing to help me obtain my money that was stolen ? The evidence is sufficient where I should have already received my stolen MO. Phone calls to Wells Fargo is not enough . clearly this business shouldn't be used because it seems To not care.. The money for my rent was stolen and you as a business have failed the customer.  Shouldn't you push a little harder and do more for a customer ? My next step is an attorney .

[redacted] contacted me and was very nice, he even sent the money back to me through Western Union, all I had to do was go pick it up. I wish there were more people like [redacted] In the world today, the world would be a better place to live and work. He is an outstanding advocate for what customer service is all about. I would love to have had him on my team when I was a Manger.

They said I never sent them the information they requested, I did and I have the sent email still.  They said some other crap refunding the money but not feeling and I specifically asked if taking my cash now would affect my fee refund and I was told no.  The public representative wouldn't let me speak to western union reply or he didn't want to speak directly with me. So he never told me anything.  The public's reply said he said I have to wait two weeks for the refund of fee.
