The customer placed an order for a $bracelet and as a gift for giving our membership a try we offere it to them for a dollarTHe advertisement, sales funnel, and order form made this all clearWe understand this member did not take advantage of their membership perks so we have issued a
$refund and are letting them keep the braceletIn the future we hope the customer would just simply give us a call or email us so we could at least have a chance of resolving this issue for themplease let us know if there is anything else we can do

After listening to the customer service phone call with the customer we have decided to issue them a one time courtesy refund of $and are even letting them keep the necklace with no chargeTheir membership has been cancelled
