I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would also like to point out that I was never disputing the initial "membership fee" charges to my account. I accepted responsibility for not reading it thoroughly. However, I did use the company's web page to send their form to cancel said "membership",which was ignored by the company and they claim to never have accepted. Which has happened to numerous other customers. The fee has been returned to my account, and as long as they do not charge me again in March I consider it resolved. I do not want the store credit offered and will not be using it.

We apologize if the customer meant to cancel their membership. When looking up their system it appears that they have been cancelled and they were not charged for a membership this month.
Complaint [redacted]. The customer purchased the first bracelet, which did not include any membership to our program. The customer did however accept an offer for another bracelet that is normally 24.99 on our site. The page clearly stated that if you would like this bracelet for free you...
must start your trial with our membership club. The membership terms and contract were listed below and clearly outlined the charges. They also were emailed instructions on how to cancel as well as our customer service phone line and email. It was a 30 day free trial giving the customer 30 days to cancel. We refunded the customer for their product because they did not have a chance to use their membership. They disputed the other charges so we could not refund them because the bank already took the money. There are also instructions on how to cancel on our site here http://[redacted]
After checking our system our customer service agents have already cancelled this customer's purchase and voided the pending membership charge on January 30th. We did so as soon as the customer messaged us and before we read this complaint. Is there anything else we can do?
