their account. Since the customer did not reach out to us and received their products we will not issue a full refund. We have issued them a $30 refund as a courtesy and a gift card to our site wiccamovement.com for $40. Just use the code wiccamovement40 at checkout and the savings will be applied. We have cancelled the membership and there will be no future charges. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.

signing up. Here is a link https://wiccamovement.com/pages/how-to-cancel. We also ask to give our customer service 48 hours to answer a ticket but the customer issued this complaint less than 24 hours after contacting us. We voided the customers payment so the pending payment will not be taken out of their account and have cancelled their membership.

Revdex.comr, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. While I am happy with the refund, I would like it to go on record that there was no box to check to confirm the membership nor was there any print saying that by purchasing the bracelet that I agreed to a membership. I am now aware that Im not the only person who had been taken advantage of as there is a Facebook page dedicated to the business and the many people who were also taken off guard by the charges.

We have refunded the customer all membership fees because they did not take advantage of their subscription. We have also offered to send them a free product for their inconvenience. We reached out to them through the email provided.

The customer has already been issued a full refund by our customer service team. After looking up this customer's account it appears they have already received a full refund. The customer took part of our promotional bracelett deal. We offered a $25.00 bracelet for only $1.00 as incentive to...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have tried to call the customer care dept and the number was never answered.  I was on hold for more than 30 mins before the call was just disconnected. I called back 6 different times and the same outcome with each call. I sent an email to their "support" email and have not gotten a response from them.  They would not have my info in their system because I have never purchased anything with them...however, my credit card was used to purchase something from them and that was the information I was trying to retrieve from them.  Who used my card and where was it shipped to.  with that information I could pursue criminal theft charges.  At this point I have turned the matter over to my fraud department at my bank.  I left my contact information in the email that I sent to them, and even with that have not gotten a response.

The customer was only charged a one month membership fee and that membership fee was already refunded. They received their $25.00 bracelet as well for only $1.oo. We have evidence of both.

The customer signed up for our membership when making a purchase of a "rule of three" bracelet. The customer also took a second bracelet for free as a gift for signing up for our membership. Instructions on how to cancel our on are website here https://[redacted] and...

are emailed to the customer. We have voided the customers payment, cancelled their membership, and have taken them off of our email list.

We are not able to locate the customers account from the data that was provided in the complaint. We would be more than happy to help the customer with their issues if they give us a call at our customer service line at ###-###-#### or email us at [redacted]

The customer took advantage of one of our $20 items that we offered as an incentive to give our membership club a try.The membership is clearly stated several places as well as the customer getting an email explainging the membership, how to cancel, how to contact us. They also checked the box that...

says they agree to the membership terms to receive the discounted price. They had seven days to cancel their membership. If the customer can provide an email or differnet name so we can look them up we can help; The information provided is not in our system.

The customer took advantage of one of our discounted jewelry sales. They then opted into our membership program which clearly stated the monthly charges so they could receive one of our bracelets for $1. This bracelet is worth $25 and we give it as a gift for giving the membership a try. The...

customer is no way obligated to accept this item but they wanted to take advantage of the extremely discounted price and started a trial. There are clear instructions on how to cancel on our site here https://[redacted]. The customer is also emailed these instructions. I spoke with customer service and they never received an email from this customer from the listed email they provided in the complaint. It is possible they emailed from an email that was not associated with their order. They did not specify this if that is the case. We have refunded the customer a total of $40 and find this to be fair because they did not take advantage of all of their membership benefits. We are not refunding the first months membership because they received the $25 bracelet for only $1 and that is something we have already lost money on causing it to be a sunk cost.
