I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received my refund, I hope there will be no further charges. There was no membership stuff at the end or else I would not have complained. When I hit check out there was a pop up where you could accept or say no to the membership and I hit NO, so that is your page mistake. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They lie yes they refunded the money but said I had 30 days to cancel in I ordered bracelet on 21/21/17 and the money was taken out of my account 12.29.17 causing me to go into overdraft and another check to get sent back. They said in several emails I had 7 days and 3 of those 7 days they are closed. They are scam artists there are groups against their practices on Facebook which is what I used in helping get my money back. I am glad of the refund but not the lies they are trying to tell on me to make themselves feel better. They are shady business people

If this information is included, it has been included since the time that I ordered the bracelet that I did not receive.  And I wouldn't doubt that they've covered their backs by adding it since people got upset over being charged for something they never received.  When I ordered the bracelet, there was a small window that asked if I would like a second bracelet free.  There were NO strings attached to it.  Then it asked if I would like to be a member, but it listed NO charges and no financial repercussions to joining the "movement."  I remember because I thought, "it doesn't cost anything, so I'll see what it's all about."  It gave no details about how to cancel, no details about what you would get, and no details about anything other than joining.  I learned how to cancel once I filed the complaint and the company was forced into making a reply.  I don't understand how my bank already taking out the money makes it impossible to refund it.  Since I received nothing for it, there is no reason NOT to refund my money unless it is a scam.  I received NO instructions on how to take advantage of my so-called "membership."  I remember specifically because the only reason I decided to "join" was that it didn't cost me anything.  I am 57 years old, I was purchasing the bracelet as a gift for a friend and wouldn't have proceeded if I'd known my card would be charged $20 per month.  There is an entire Facebook page warning people about this scamming organization - https://www.[redacted]/ - and it contains many stories from victims about these scammers and their operations, including this one: "https://www.[redacted]/.  I'm not the only one who fell for this scam.  Once they get your credit card number, you are sunk.  Now I understand why they don't offer Paypal.  There is all kinds of information out there now that wasn't there when I ordered my bracelet (that never arrived) because I checked.  This "company" is the worst kind of sm because they disguise their scam as a legitimate religious movement.   Regards,[redacted]

I was never informed of any membership that came with the bracelet. They took those screenshots from another source. Like all of the other victims of this scam, I cannot track this package and ive seen 100s of people never get the bracelet all together. I refuse to pay $26.75 and $1.07 for a bracelet ill never recieve and a membership I never signed up for. They are frauds and need to he held accountable. Theres a whole facebook and Revdex.com article on how this company scams people repeatedly and monthly. I want all of my money refunded.

again. Is there anything else I can do to help?

I contacted the company on three separate occasions before contacted the Revdex.com and received no response. I contacted this business once a day for 3 days before taking further action. There needs to be an ups at on their privacy policy stating exactly how much their membership is before they charge for it. They also need to make sure the buyer is FULLY aware that they are signing up for a "subscription" that they can actually view from their account when they log in. There was no place anywhere on my account after logging in to be able to view any membership, or subscription. That is fraud. The first time I contacted you immediately through your website, the second time I contacted you was the next day when I responded to the email that stated you had shipped my bracelet, and the third time was the following morning via your website AGAIN and I still waited over 12 hours after that to notify the Revdex.com of your actions.

Dear Ms. [redacted].                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Thank you for your letting letting me know of the progress with my complaint. I am sorry you had to send two letters to me, I did receive the first, but I became busy and completely forgot to respond in time. My deepest apologies. The Wicca Movement did refund the money they took from me, but not until they were apparently contacted by your company and after getting into a dispute with Paypal on my behalf. As with other unhappy " members" before me, they claimed it was a membership fee that was agreed to, and in plain site on the page when agreed to, which it was not. But I will not get into that again..the money has been returned, and thanks in part to your companies help,my claim and I have been satisfied.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Thank you                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      [redacted]
